The elegant master suite lives up to its name, hosting a beautiful king bed with luxurious linens and bedding, a large LCD television and beachfront balcony access! You can delight in the breathtaking views without even leaving your cozy bed! The ensuite bath is equally impressive, featuring a 2-person jetted tub overlooking the gulf, a separate glass and tile shower and double vanities. The second bedroom functions as a second master, with a king bed, luxury linens, private bath and north balcony access! Perfect family getaway location

The condo was clean and well stocked for our time away as a family. Wish we could go back and enjoy the peacefulness of the sound of the waves. Loved being right on the beach! We would stay here again.

Convenient location, well kept property. Very clean upon check in. The beach area was wonderful. Elevators were slow and one did not function, so lines formed to get to our floor. Would of liked the pool to stay open later.

Great Beach Time

Though we had had some rains and it was chili and we could go out much on the beach, at least the vacation rental was good enough to get a vacation feel. The unit was clean with beautiful view. There was ample of space for kids to play indoors. The indoor pool was also good and clean was sought out when outdoor got chili.

There was vey load construction going on when we arrived....no warning from owner or management. There was no patio furniture either.

Close to NAS

We stayed in this unit while visiting my daughter who is stationed at NAS. Very convenient for her to visit with us. Quiet area of the beach. Unit is well designed for several adults. Enjoyed my morning tea on the balcony while watching the dolphins play. Easy check in and check out. Perfect!

Wonderful condo!

This is a lovely unit. We loved the proximity to Johnson Beach National Seashore, Publix and several wonderful restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked (bring your own coffee filters-flat bottom, not cone shaped. They’re not provided). Beautiful view! Highly recommend this condo.

Lovely view and lots of space

We had a great time visiting our beloved Perdido Key and staying at Beach Colony 7-East. The condo is spacious and was very clean upon arrival. The best part is the view. My only suggestion is to be prepared to bring or buy almost everything for the kitchen save utensils/appliances/pots and pans. There are no spices, napkins, trash bags (save for the starter they leave), etc. Publix is right down the street, so no big deal. I was also very impressed with Luxury Coastal and their quick response to a couple questions I had. We will definitely be back!

Nice Condo

Came down to visit our son stationed in Pensacola. Was within 30 minutes of the front gate of the base. Still some hurricane damage in the area but looks like a lot of progress has been made. Our condo was good, but the pools were closed and there was construction next door. Some restaurants and activities in the area are still closed. All to be expected.

My husband and I have 3 kids and we rented this unit with my in-laws. The condo was roomy and was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, very comfortable...we would recommend it to any of our friends.

Beautiful condo! Loved it here!

We had a great stay at Beach Colony. This condo was beautiful and spacious. We had a couple minor issues, for example, the seal on the door was whistling. Luxury Coastal Vacations sent someone out first thing the next morning, and the issues were resolved. No more whistling! LCV were responsive and friendly! Communication was great from the time we booked up to check out. Check in and check out were super easy too. The beaches here are beautiful and not overly crowded. The soft white sand and turquoise water reminded me of Destin without the crowds! We were pleasantly surprised at how not congested and laid-back the area is, even during Spring Break! The outdoor pool is not heated, which was a bummer as no one could swim out there all week. The water was much too cold. The kids had a great time in the heated indoor pool though. We played lots of tennis on the grass courts. There is a delicious restaurant, some shops and an ice cream parlor across the street. My older daughter and friend could easily walk there by themselves, which they enjoyed. We had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend this condo!

Perfect condo and location!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the Beach Colony East 7D. The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the large balcony area. The pool was a great size and well kept. The beach area was amazing! The location of the Beach Colony condo was perfect!! We enjoyed several nearby restaurants, with The Fisherman''s Corner being our absolute favorite!! We will definitely be back!!
