The Juniper apartment is located only 200m from the beach. If you like privacy, the Sardinian ambience and the proximity to the beach, this is the ideal apartment for you. It is located on the ground floor and takes its name from the Ginepro tree of the same name (in German: juniper), which offers pleasant shade on the terrace. This includes two veranda leading to the garden, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds, where a fifth bed can be added), a spacious kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. This apartment has a garden with a fireplace, parking space for the car, outdoor showers with warm water, digital TV and washing machine.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Einfache kleine Wohnung. Im Sommer vermutlich ideal, weil sehr schattig. Bei Regenwetter im Herbst ist die Küche klein und dunkel. In angenehmer Gehdistanz zum Strand und nach Santa Maria Navarrese.

Super séjour à Santa Maria Navarrese

Logement très bien et très bien placé pour découvrir le golfo di Orosei et le parc national. Super séjour familial au bord de la mer. Super accueil des hôtes.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Schwächen

Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir konnten ausnahmsweise sogar früher in die Wohnung als angegeben. Einziger Wehmutstropfen war das Fehlen der Geschirrspülmaschine die in der Beschreibung eigentlich angegeben war.

Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, ist die Villa herrlich!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Herbst in Tancau. Wenn es allerdings regnet hat mal nich allzuviel Platz, das die Küche sehr klein ist. Aber es hat alles, was man benötigt, sehr netter Empfang durch Mario und er hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Suuper Lage, perfekt für FERIEN mit einem kleinen Kind (Mittagsschlaf etc.) Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!

Beautiful place with a great private garden

Our host Mario makes you feel welcome in the beautiful Villa Juniper. It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk from beaches and the center of Santa Maria Navarrese. Would highly recommend to families with young children, our young son enjoyed it very much :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit allem was man braucht und sehr freundlichem Vermieter

Schöne ruhige Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, innen angenehm kühl und mit schönem kleinen Garten mit viel Schatten und schönem überdachtem Esstisch. Sehr sehr netter Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar war und alles sehr unkompliziert geregelt hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Ort ist toll - die Unterkunft nicht mehr ganz so wie auf den Bildern

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super: in wenigen Minuten ist man am Sandstrand, in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß im Ortskern. Das Schlafzimmer war super, das Bad eher etwas für Schlanke. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir vom Garten. Es gibt mehrere Wohnungen im Paterre und je nach Wohnung hat man Glück oder Pech. Wir saßen zwischen Wasserpumpe und Mülltonnen (letztere abgeschirmt durch eine Schilfmatte) an Platikrasen. Am meisten hat die Wasserpumpe gestört, die immer dann lärmte, wenn jemand aus einer der Wohnungen das Wasser nutzte. Der Fernseher ging nicht. Angeblich hätte jemand das Kabel mitgenommen. Wir haben aber auch keinen Anschluss gesehen. Das angekündigte Fahrrad stand platt im Hof. Mario war nett und hat uns zu Beginn viele sehr gute und hilfreiche Infos gegeben.

Einfache Wohnung mit Garten in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist recht einfach eingerichtet, im großen und ganzen ist aber alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Schöne Terrasse mit Hängematte, Garten mit Außendusche und Waschmaschine. Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die 200 m zum Strand sind etwas optimistisch, man ist aber auch mit kleineren Kindern in 5 Minuten dort. Die Lager von Santa Maria Navarrese ist super, schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gut erreichbar ist auch die Cala di Goloritzé (schöne Wanderung und Traumstrand) und die Gola die Gorropu (Europas tiefster Canyon). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne Wohnung, zentral und ruhig gelegen.

Von der Wohnung aus sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Zum Strand 5 Minuten. Wohnung war sauber, etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, gaben Ausflugstipps, hat alles super geklappt. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bon séjour !

Nous avons passé deux semaines à la Villa Juniper en juiller 2015 et en avons un excellent souvenir ! L'appartement est simple mais fonctionnel et propre, de toutes façons nous n'y avons fait que dormir et manger ! Nous avons pris nos repas à l'ombre de l'olivier, moments très sympas. Pas de soucis de voisinage. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, il a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils sur la région (plages, excursions etc). La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds, même avec trois enfants en bas âge le trajet se fait très facilement à pieds. Si vous avez une voiture vous pouvez pousser jusqu'à la plage Lido di Orri, vraiment magnifique ! Bref bon souvenir pour nous ! Ph.

Oase inmitten einer Kleinstadt

Sehr nettes, freundliches Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist wirklich herrlich und sehr gut gepflegt. Tolle Anlage mit gepflegtem Garten. Bestens für Familien geeignet. Liebevoll eingerichtet, saubere Zimmer und aufmerksames Personal. Kostenfreie Parkplätze runden das Angebot ab.

Es war der Höhepunkt einer tollen Reise

Sandstrand ist fussläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar; Villa Juniper im besten Zustand und absolut sauber; Super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants leicht zu erreichen; Ich würde dieses Villa auch meinen besten Freunden empfehlen!

Exceeded our expectations!

My wife and I just returned from a week at villa Juniper. We stayed in the apartment with two bedroom. The villa is amazing and the position is really quiet. We loved everything about the place. What we liked best was Mario the owner, the man is the best. Hope to be lucky enough to return some day. Do not hesitate to book this villa.

Perfekter Start unserer Rundreise.

Auf unserer 10-tägigen Sardinienreise haben wir 5 Nächte im Villa Juniper verbracht und es waren die schönsten!! Wunderbare familiäre Atmosphäre mit geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Zimmer. Entspannend konnte man Abends auf der gemütlichen Veranda sitzen und die Eindrücke vom Tag revue passieren lassen. Die Familie war einfach super nett und zuvorkommend. Definitiv ein Ort an den man sich gerne erinnert und zurückkehren möchte.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Die Villa sind schön und gut eingerichtet, das W-Lan funktioniert in der gesamten Anlage. Die Lage der Villa ist super. Die Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Für Kinder auf jeden Fall ein Paradies. Meer und Strand waren herrlich. Gute Lage für Ausflüge und in die schöne Stadt Santa Maria Navarrese. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Insgesamt schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Anlage, die zum Wohlfühlen einlädt

Der nur ca 200 m entfernte Strand ist so weitläufig, dass man immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen findet. Auch das nur wenige Gehminuten entfernte Santa Maria Navarrese bietet alles was das Herz begehrt: Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen, Supermarkt, sehr gute Tauchbasis, Hafen,... Auch bei Problemen ist man hier in den besten Händen. Wir hatten z.B. eine Reifenpanne. Der Chef höchstpersönlich hat uns zu seiner Stammwerkstatt begleitet und so für eine schnelle Reparatur gesorgt.
