A Fisherman's and Family’s Paradise

44 Wolf River Estates, Albany Ky. Our house sits on a 1 acre lot 1 mile from beautiful Dale Hollow Lake and Wolf River Dock. A fisherman's and families dream! Newly remodeled bathroom and updated living room. WIFI availability and You Tube TV. Ample parking for boats, campers etc. 3 bedrooms, one very large that can sleep many kiddos! Very affordable (no charge for extra people) all the amenities you need, ,washer, dryer, grill, fully equipped kitchen. If simple, clean, affordable and back to the basics is what you are looking for then this is for you! 45 Minutes from Dale Hollow State Park and 30 minutes from Sunset Marina, that has an amazing restaurant! 1 mile from Wolf River Dock a great place to put your boat in! Also please note: If you are bringing a boat with you, go past the first driveway and pull the boat into yard and around to driveway so the boat is facing forward, any questions about this just ask!

Great stay
Be prepared to live the life with no phone service. It was wonderful!! A step away from social media. Fishing was good for being June. Boat ramp right around corner and the hosts responded quickly with answers before booking

My soon-to-be 94-year-dad and I went to visit relatives and my daughter found this listing on the VRBO website. We were very comfortable and could have invited half of our family to stay as it could easily sleep 6-8 people. I recommend it highly!

We had a wonderful time. We are Brothers and brother-in-laws who have been coming to this lake for 50+ years. The cabin was clean and well stocked worked perfect for us. Located very close to dock and fishing. Thank you

Ideal for if your out and about.
Easy to find, even easier to get to the lakes, and not a terrible low price. However it the smell of the remote rental maybe a issue for some, walked in and first thing I saw was a ash tray full of butts. A trash can somewhat full. A damp rug and a wet spot. But I wasn’t there about 90% of the time l but it was overall a okay stay and maybe would rent it again. In the summer.

Absolutely peaceful getaway.
This is a great place to go to get away from it all. It's incredibly quiet there, we felt very safe staying somewhere semi secluded. Everything that you need for a relaxing hideaway is included. We rarely heard a car go by, there were deer in the yard every evening, that just added to the experience. The grocery store was less than 10 minutes away from the cabin, which was very convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil stay.

Place had everything we needed and then some. Location is very private. We did have little trouble finding in the dark but they do have the address painted on the driveway as well as the mailbox. If you are bringing a boat back it in the driveway instead of pulling in. Definitely worth the money amd definitely would stay again

A good place to sleep not much else to do.
The stay was fine however we expected to at least have access to local TV stations so we could plan our day according to weather. Our cell service did not work anywhere on the property. Pictures of the small bathroom need to be posted. Had I known how small the shower was and that the toilet is in between two walls where your knees touch each side I would not have book the house. Otherwise it was fine to have a place to sleep at night as we were out exploring all day.

Hi, we are Dawn and Greg Raines, we have 3 kids, Taylor , Tristen and Tanner. We live in Winchester Kentucky. When we come to our lake house, we enjoy taking the boat to the lake to swim, fish or just ride around on beautiful Dale Hollow. We also, enjoy playing board games, cards, watching movies and sitting outside and roasting marshmallows by the firepit. We may also play some badminton or corn hole.

Why they chose this property

We bought his property as a way to get away with our family and friends and be close to our favorite lake, Dale Hollow. It feels secluded yet close enough to town and the lake. We aren't able to go as often as we would like so we decided we wanted to share our place and give others the opportunity to get away without spending a fortune on expensive hotels and fancy cabins, after all, we are here for the quiet life and the lake! We hope you and your family enjoy our little place and feel like it is your own.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of space for volley ball, corn hole, etc. Kids could even bring friends and pitch a tent! We also have 2 separate drive-ways, one for boats and an easy pull around and one for your vehicle.
