Villa with swimming pool 150m from the sea

Discover this charming villa, nestled just 500 metres from the sea and 350 metres from a children's playground. Ideally located in a peaceful area, the Villa offers the perfect blend of seaside relaxation and family fun. With a large heated swimming pool and petanque area, there's something for everyone, young and old. The area around the house is ideal for superb bike rides in the heart of nature.

The house can accommodate up to 14 people, with 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a children's bedroom with 6 children's beds divided into two mezzanines, and an outbuilding with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and toilet. And we haven't forgotten our little ones either, with everything they need including 2 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, a changing table and 1 early-learning floor mat.

The large lounge provides a comfortable and peaceful setting for family gatherings or aperitifs with friends, overlooking the pool in summer and close to the fireplace in winter. The fully-equipped kitchen, with its central island, will enable you to prepare tasty dishes in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Relax on the large terrace, equipped with deckchairs and a great space for your barbecue parties!

The villa has an entrance courtyard where you can park your car, and there are also two bicycle storage areas.
The entrance hall has a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
