This home is in a great location - close drive to the beaches, downtown or NAS. There is a State Park just across the street you can walk to and enjoy! There are nearby restaurants, bar and a Winn Dixie.

Our 3 bed/2 bath home is the perfect getaway, enjoy all the luxuries of a beach vacation at a fraction of the cost of a direct beachfront unit. This home is located less than 2 miles to the entrance of Johnson beach.

This 1,290 square foot house provides adequate room for up to 6 guests.

All bedrooms have a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped so all you need is family and food! There is a full size washer and dryer in the home as well. The house has 3 TVs with high speed WiFi.

Come relax and enjoy the white sand beaches at Johnson Beach in Perdido Key!

Check in instructions will be emailed 3 days before the check in date as long as the rental agreement has been esigned and the security deposit hold has been successfully placed.

Great, Convenient Place To Stay

We visit the Perdido Key area every year and this year we had a great experience! The house was very clean and cozy. Jimmy was always very prompt to get back with us when we had any questions and was very accommodating. We would stay here again! We love to visit Johnson National Seashore and NAS Pensacola and this house was conveniently located to both as well as many other amenities. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation

Our stay at this place was amazing!! Everything was great, from the time we checked in until we checked out. I highly recommend staying here!! I can’t wait to book our next vacation at the same place. Can’t say enough great things about it!!

Quiet Neighborhood - House was perfect

Our stay at this property was delightful. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to see the Blue Angels fly over ahead. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was also close to restaurants and the grocery store. The house was well equipped and it was clean. We will be back in the fall!

Great time!!

Our stay here was great!!It was close to the beach and the base.Rooms were clean and the house was nice. We used the kitchen and it was stocked well.Only critique I could give is sharpen your knifes!Other than that overall it was a great stay.

Scary Neighborhood - Didn't feel comfortable

We left 3 weeks early. This is a lower class neighborhood with many unkept homes and trailers. A tornado appeared to have recently hit the area, one houses roof was sitting on the house behind it, insulation all over the place. The house is dated, I think it's a modular home, walls are thin. It was a bad choose for us. I wished we had looked at the neighborhood before selecting it. You constantly hear Air Force planes flying over. The weather was very cold, rainy and windy....I know you can't control the weather but it added to an already uncomfortable situation. You get what you pay for, we should have invested more and stayed nearer the beach.

Nice, Quiet Getaway

This place is tucked away in a nice and quiet little neighborhood. Perfect for a small family like ours. Plenty of space but still small enough to keep everything tidy and easy to pack back up. Everything was clean and had all the essential items we needed for our stay. 10-15 mins max from Johnson Beach. We especially appreciated the great recommendations for restaurants. We went to several and had a great experience at them all. Would definitely stay here again if it's not already booked the next time we come back!

Cozy Getaway

We loved this rental! There is enough room for 6 people comfortably. Large tvs in 2 of the rooms and very close 2 the beach. You cannot walk because of the bridge but a quick drive and you are there in 5 minutes. There is also a great resteraunt a block away. The only issue we had was the icemaker in the fridge was off and on but everything else was great. Will definitely rent again!!

Convenient place to stay

Close to a grocery store, restaurants and Johnson Beach. The ONLY downsides were that I could not get the K-Cup maker to work (it did have a regular coffee maker that did work) and the TV in the Master bedroom was on the side wall instead of at the end of the bed. Other than that it was a GOOD place to stay.

Great experience!

Overall we had a great experience. This location is great, everything you need is nearby. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Jimmy (property manager) was just a call away to answer any of our questions . The only minor inconvenience was the address, VRBO booking had a different house number and door key access number but a quick call with Jimmy cleared it up. We will visit again and recommend to friends!

Perfect Getaway for a Family with Kids and Dogs

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It is an incredibly clean, pet friendly housing option for our small, female dog and our two kids, aged 4 and 2. We traveled with grandparents and were perfectly comfortable in this property with a dog, two toddlers, and four adults. A large, fully stocked kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Washer and Dryer on site. located conveniently to many accesses to state parks and beaches, we would drive less than 9 minutes, park and have a great day at the beach! We went kayaking, beaching, walking, and also enjoyed the children's playground located down the road! It is a short drive to Downtown Pensacola which we enjoyed on a rainy morning!
