Parking: No Dedicated Parking
This bungalow apartment is located in epicenter of restaurants, shops and bars so parking is at premium. If you do bring a vehicle, there is free street parking on Adams St. and the surrounding blocks. Due to the popularity of this location, weekends may require parking several blocks away. Make sure to read all street signs. We are not liable for any parking violations.
Ride Shares like Uber and Lyft are an easy and affordable way to get around.
Electric Scooters are typically available in front of the building.
Transit: Bus stops are located right outside your front door - an affordable way to see all of San Diego
87 Walk Score - restaurants, parks, shops and bars are right outside your front door. You can also take a leisurely 20 minute walk to other near by neighborhoods like Hillcrest, North Park and Normal Heights.
Bikes: a great way to get around and can be rented from near by bike shops or ride share platforms
Other Things to Note
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, sign a guest agreement, pass through our third party verification portal to verify your identity and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
We perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!
Additionally, the community common areas have 24/7 surveillance.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your apartment or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction. Please review our house rules, any violation of house rules including Noise Violation will be fined $250 or lead to forfeiture of security deposit.
