Audrey and Philip are the most fantastic hosts of any B&B we have stayed in.
Their property at the northern most point of Ireland is stunning and we highly recommend staying here if you are in the vicinity.
Audrey and Philip were fantastic hosts. We had so many great conversations that made us feel so at home. Immaculately clean, breakfasts so tasty and great recommendations for evening meals and local sights. Will highly recommend to our friends and hope to return in the future!
Audrey and Phillip were excellent hosts and the accommodation was perfect. They had so many wonderful suggestions for places to see, and Audrey cooked a delicious breakfast! The location of the B&B at the very tip of Malin Head is incredible, too. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
The home is beautiful and immaculate, yet very very comfortable! The hosts Audrey and Phillip are delightful, generous, personable, and very respectful of us. We’ve traveled to Ireland 5 times, but this stay was top of our list!
This was a wonderful place to stay. Very affordable, and exactly where I wanted to be. The room was super clean. And Audrey and Phillip were a pleasure. His artwork is all over the house inside and out. They really take the time to talk to you and learn about you. It was fune learning about them as well. To be able to walk around Malin Head, visit some Star Wars sites, talk with Peter at the curiosities shop. It has been the best place we have visited on our trip thus far. My son (18) said if I could have a favorite place in the world, this would be it.
I cannot say enough good things about the property, my stay, the food, and Audrey and Philip. They were both so welcoming and kind, not to mention they’re excellent conversationalists! I spent hours chatting with Audrey about all sorts of topics and actually ended up checking out late because the three of us were having such a good talk.
Audrey welcomed me when I arrived and helped me carry my things in. Once I was settled she was there to gather my food preferences and times for breakfast. She was extremely flexible in her breakfast options as well as when she’d make it for me. The food was delicious and I can honestly say I’m sad to have only eaten her breakfast twice.
The house is eclectic and an excellent place to visit for art lovers. While there, I was able to purchase cards made by a local artist as well as one of Audrey’s pieces, all from the comfort of the home.
The location was the perfect getaway from the city noise. I believe it is the farthest North BnB in Ireland, and it’s a quick two minutes drive (if that!) to the tip of the island.
I had an excellent time and I hope to return sooner rather than later.
Audrey and her soon-to-be husband, Phillip, were very kind. The property is well kept and safe. The breakfast Audrey cooked was amazing. Everything was exceptional. Breath taking views and a true getaway. Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a full Irish B&B experience.
We stayed three nights and had a great time. As near as you can get to Malin Head without falling in the sea, it’s an ideal place to stay to enjoy 5his beautiful part of Donegal. Audrey and Philip were great hosts, very chatty and informative. I’d mentioned that I’m vegetarian, and Audrey served up a different delicious breakfast every morning, culminating in a great mushroom omelette. Karen loved the fries as well. Plus home-made rhubarb jam. Will certainly be back.
