About this property

Mountain Traveler Farm House

Welcome to the -MT Farmhouse. The farmhouse sits on 10 acres and underwent a good scrubbing, has new appliances, new beds and bedding, many new fixtures, a new bathroom, living flooring, new lights, and clean or new furniture. The main floor has three bedrooms, two with AC units, a stocked kitchen, a bathroom, dining, and large living area with its own AC unit. Downstairs has a laundry room and open rec area with a pool table. Our horses might be in one of the pastures, the property has a barn cat, you can take a short walk down the dirt road and see elk, maybe the bison, cows, our baby horses, and other Montana wildlife. Sit on the concrete patio and enjoy the quiet of rural living while still within 10 minutes of town. Glacier is a 45 minute drive away, Flathead Lake is 10 minutes to the south, and both ski hills are a short 45 minute drive in the winter time on good roads weather permitting. Enjoy our little slice of the Big Sky and a Quaint farm house style living. Wanting to go into Glacier National Park? https://www.nps.gov/glac/learn/news/glacier-national-park-2023-vehicle-reservations-open-february-1.htm. They now have a ticketed entry system that begins releasing Feb 1st.

Ranch Living
We came to Kalispell for the Rebecca Farms 3 day eventing horse show, so we were gone for most of the day. The ranch house gave us a peaceful, quiet and cool place to spend our evenings (it was extremely hot during our stay). There's plenty of room, the beds are comfortable. We didn't do any cooking during our stay. The owner is very responsive to texts and messages which I really appreciate. Diana Keller-Fish

Affordable and Peaceful
The home is an older farm house that has undergone some renovations. The property is very peaceful. You have a view of the hosts beautiful horses and access to fruit trees on the property. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Mountain Views From the Lower Flathead Valley
A beautiful farm setting convenient to the sights around the valley and beyond. We loved coming back "home" after long days of exploring. The farmhouse was a great place to relax and unwind with a game of pool. We enjoyed eating dinner on the patio watching the horses and the sunset over the mountains. What a wonderful, comfortable stay! We miss it already!

Comfy cozy farmhouse
We stayed for 5 nights at this cozy farmhouse. Owners were very nice and when contacted with questions they responded within the hour. It was quiet and comfortable and easy reasonable access to all we needed. Easy less than an hour’s drive to Glacier National Park. We would stay again if in the area.

So peaceful and close to everything
We loved staying in this home. It was so quiet outside, and we loved watching the sunsets. The pool table was a great hit for all, and it was being used most days especially by the teens. It was a very pleasant stay in the fall - don't know about other seasons but we only turned on the living room fireplace in the mornings for a little warmth. Thank you for sharing it.

Cozy farmhouse
This farmhouse was cozy. The surrounding area was beautiful. We saw a huge elk just down the road. The owners responded quickly.

Great old farmhouse with modern amenities
Our stay in ‘The Farmhouse’ was awesome! The house is clean and very comfortable, well furnished, and featured all new appliances and fixtures. The property is beautiful, with an awesome antique barn, horse pastures, small orchard, and views of the mountains in the distance. The owner, who lives at the adjacent farm and raises horses, was extremely accommodating and kind. Can’t wait to come back to visit!
