The home features granite kitchen counters, wood floors, dual pane windows, AC, idyllic patio area for those twilight dinners or a chill happy hour. 2 car garage and balcony off the Main Bedroom. HOA offers Tennis, Pool, Spa, Playground & Recreation Area. Close to running trails, dog park, sand volley ball court.
