Located at the end of a dead end, this house offers all the necessary comfort just a stone's throw from the Sables d'Olonne zoo, in the Marcellière district!
House comprising on the ground floor, a living room opening onto the terrace, equipped with a sofa, a table and 4 chairs and a TV.
The fully equipped open and functional kitchen, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker.
A bedroom with bay window, 140 cm bed, bedside tables and dressing room. An adjoining bathroom with WC, shower cubicle, vanity unit and towel dryer.
Upstairs, another double bedroom with 140 cm bed, bedside tables and storage unit, as well as a toilet with vanity unit, complete this property.
A very well landscaped enclosed garden will allow you to spend beautiful summer evenings; outdoor living room, garden furniture and gas plancha available as well as 4 adult bikes!
For added convenience, you will have a free outdoor parking space.
An unheated swimming pool common to the condominium is accessible according to the defined period (mid-june to mid-september).
