ROSE Holidays offers this fully renovated house located in the quiet Beauséjour neighbourhood in Les Sables d'Olonne.
House accommodating up to 4 people.
Located in a quiet area close to all amenities (shops, bakery, restaurant), this bright and tastefully decorated house offers a living room opening onto a closed terrace. This room is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV and wifi, a table and 6 chairs.
Adjoining and functional fully equipped kitchen with kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, also open to the terrace. An independent toilet.
Upstairs is the sleeping area consisting of a first bedroom with a 160 bed and a wardrobe, a second bedroom with two 90 beds and a wardrobe, ideal for children!
This is complemented by a fully renovated bathroom with a shower and a vanity unit with storage and toilets.
The terrace, ideally located at the back of the house, is completely enclosed. Perfect for beautiful quiet summer evenings!
Finally, in the garage you will find a laundry room with a washing machine.
