ROSE Vacances offers you this completely renovated house located in the quiet area of Filées aux Sables d’Olonne.
House that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located in a quiet, wooded area, close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, restaurant), this spacious and tastefully decorated house offers a living room opening onto the garden and the terrace. This room is equipped with a 140 cm convertible sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a table and 6 chairs.
Adjoining and functional fully equipped kitchen, kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, opening onto the terrace.
You will find a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, ideal for children!
Everything is completed by a completely renovated bathroom with an Italian-style hydrojet shower and a vanity unit. Separate WC.
The terrace, ideally located at the back of the house, overlooks a wooded and enclosed garden. You will find everything you need for great evenings; garden table and chairs, lounge and coffee table, barbecue.
Finally in the garage you will find a laundry room with washing machine, as well as 4 adult bikes and a child's bike available free of charge!
Perfect for spending a great vacation just a stone's throw from the attractions of our beautiful town of Sables d'Olonne!
