This delightfully renovated first-floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is sure to please the whole family! The living area is open and spacious, it features a beautiful electric fireplace and access to the oversized deck. The dining area features a table that will seat 6 and room at the eat-at-bar for 4! The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need! Relax in the master bedroom, it features a king-sized bed, access to the deck, and an ensuite. The ensuite has a double vanity – plenty of light and a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, access to the guest bathroom, and a private courtyard! The second guest bedroom is off the dining room and has a king-sized bed and a lovely writing desk! Enjoy dinner or even just the surrounding nature on the back deck at the patio table that will seat 6.

For families and groups needing additional space, please inquire about the other rentals we have in the Richmond Park area!

Decent Stay
We recently stayed at Kingston Plantation and had a mostly positive experience. The resort offers beautiful grounds and a range of amenities, making it a great choice for families. However, we did encounter some issues with our villa that impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed several maintenance problems, which we addressed immediately with the resort staff. The resort staff was responsive to our concerns and offered to address the issues after our departure, as we did not want our vacation to be dependent on letting maintenance people in and out of the villa throughout our short stay. Overall, Kingston Plantation is a wonderful vacation destination. With some improvements to maintenance and cleanliness, we would be happy to return in the future.

We had an amazing week.
We had a couple of hiccups in checking in when our keys didn't work and the arcade in inoperable so if your kids want to go to one take them to the mall. The location is amazing. The resort is so beautiful. We swam in every pool and took tons of pictures. The kitchen was huge and the beds were so comfortable. The water pressure in the bathrooms was also amazing. The only complaints are not even a big deal but I wanted to mention the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. We didn't really enjoy sitting in there to play family games at night. Other than that it was great. Oh and the shuttle service is terrible. We were only able to take it 1 time after chasing it down. They were only found parked with either someone who was not running or empty. So be prepared to walk pr take your car. The pools were always clean and the walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. Also the wifi was good. We love this resort and I am sure we will return. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Fantastic property!
We had a great time at this property. The unit met all of our needs and we enjoyed walking the quiet grounds during our trip. Great access to beach front pools and properties and fantastic staff everywhere. We will be back!

One word...amazing!
I wanted to go away for my birthday but did not know where. Wanted something relatively close to Richmond so that we wouldn't spend too much time driving. I had never been to Myrtle Beach and thought it was a win-win. Well, I had no idea, that that was an understatment! Being an avid VRBO-er, I am used to selecting places that encourage the whole get away theme and Arcadian Shores did not disappoint. (My 3 companions had never done the whole Vrbo thing, and they were blown away!) The place was beautiful! Beyond clean, classically decorated, stocked with amenities I didn't know I needed, and so very close to the beach! The place had an amazing vibe, the bedrooms were beautifully decorated with firm beds, quality linens. The layout provided great privacy spaces. The deck was spacious and overlooked a park like setting. It provided the perfect base to what became an incredible weekend! I am only sad because we didn't get to stay longer. If you are considering it, Arcadian Shores will not disappoint! And oh, the fitness center, especially the putting green, phenomenal! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful property, it made my birthday that much more special!!!

My brothers pandemic wedding stay!!
Overall the villa was very nice and comfortable. The location was very quiet. Noise was something I was concerned about because we stayed over the Labor day weekend for my brother's beach wedding but the neighborhood was very secure and quiet. Easy walking access to the beach, gated, and grounds was perfectly maintained. The villa had EVERYTHING we needed. Even though the villa was clean I gave I took a star because there was so e dusty surfaces, ceiling fans, laundry area but nothing that made anyone uncomfortable. I would definitely love to rent this property again. Thanks Courtney (owner) for seamless communication.

Family Fun
It was a great place for families! The unit is set up great for overall family needs. Although, I don’t think it was as clean as it could have been. The kitchen floor was sticky and we had to clean it right away. The rag we used was black. We had a crawling infant. One of the closets had stuff thrown in it who knew if these items were clean. My grandchildren been grandchildren immediately found several miscellaneous items including bike parts in a bag, a nerf gun dart, and a water bottle under the beds. I thought with COVID the cleanliness would have been almost immaculate!! Courtney was contacted. The staff at this facility was excellent! The lifeguards were very caring and professional at the splash pad pool. I absolutely would return to this facility! With the hopes that it would be much cleaner.

Great Condo, Check in Problem
The condo was great, as advertised, very clean. Quiet location, would definitely stay again. We had a problem checking in, the lock box would not open and the office was closed. The property managers didn’t respond to calls, texts or emails. Eventually got in with help of hotel front desk. Next day the property manager was very apologetic and gave me a resort credit. She also helped me with issues charging to my room/condo. A rocky start but the response was good, and they tried to make it right.

Weekend Getaway
What a wonderful weekend away. We looked for weeks to find a place to stay that we could all agree on. This condo was perfect! It was big enough that my teenage kids had room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The resort was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! Clean and convenient and all of the on-site amenities were great. The kids loved the splash pad (waitstaff so you can order from your lounge chair) and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay again! Also - I had a few questions before we arrived - management was super responsive and helpful.
