Charming cabin in historical Pine Valley
i am officially licensed from Washington County.
Very cozy cabin in Historic Pine Valley built in the sixties with an A frame on 0.71 acres property with great views of the valley, and breathtaking views of the stars at night.
A perfect get away for those that want to relax, or who want an outdoor experience.
There are a lot of trails in Pine valley and a reservoir.
it is 45 minutes from St. George and usually 10 degrees cooler. Perfect in summer.
Table and chairs to sit outside on the covered deck to eat on.
Another uncovered deck with a big picnic table and a hot tub
There is a doggie door and 1 medium size or small pet is welcome if it does not go upstairs where is new carpet.
No garage but a lot of space to park inside the property.
There is a pull out couch (full) in the common area, and a queen bed and closed upstairs.
Upstairs you have an inverter (AC and heat), downstairs a fan.
Wifi free working alsoupstairs.
There are 2 tv only working with DVD.
2 covered porches and a deck with a big picnic table
