Location is everything with this charming 2 bedroom, one bathroom lake house that sleeps 6. This charming house features a King bedroom and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a Full bed. There is a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, a newly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower surround, and efficient mini-split AC/Heat. The house has a fenced in backyard (great for Fido and the kids) with a patio set, charcoal grill, fire pit, and hammock and is on the county road going to our shared swimming/fishing dock (truck/SUV or walk). Access to Volleyball, basketball, playground, tons of outdoor games a pavilion and a fabulous lake view right next door!
This house is on the side of an 8-cabin resort property, so it's a great place to gather when you have multiple families staying. Plenty of boat parking, outdoor electric. Located 1/4 mile to 101 Grocery and Bait and 101 Marina for boat rentals/slip rentals/launch; a block from Bidwell Point Park Swim Beach/campground/launch, 2 miles to Panther Bay Marina/Park/Swim Beach/David's Trail head for hiking; 3 miles to Fred's Fish House, 7 miles to Mountain Home, AR for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Many other unique Ozark Mountain experiences and "day trips" within 10-60 miles (National Trout Hatchery, Trout Capitol, many river float trips, State Parks, etc.). Come enjoy Norfork Lake living!

About the host
Hosted by Jenni Coan
Jared and Jenni moved from the Chicago area to put Jared's background in maintenance/construction to use and be self-employed, not long after getting married. We have since welcomed to children and have really involved ourselves in the community. Jared is a volunteer on the local fire department and is the owner of Twin Lakes Home Inspections and UC Construction. Jenni is involved with the Norfork Lake Chamber of Commerce and Lake Norfork Fireworks Association. With both of us being self-employed, raising 2 young children, volunteering within the community, and of course running the resort, we stay quite busy, but wouldn't have it any other way!
Why they chose this property
Why not?! Lay on a hammock and listen to the birds chirping; spot your favorite flower blooming; chase a butterfly; play a game with the kids; head down to the dock and jump in the lake. Get a forest, lake and mountain surrounding all in one home, with a great deal of privacy but also access to many things to do if you choose! Whatever the reason you may be traveling to the area, we assure you you will leave here feeling rejuvinated!

We have a plethora of knowledge about the area and because we do the majority of the cleaning and maintenance ourselves, we stand behind what we do and take pride in presentation. We can get any of your needs met in a timely manner!
