- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 25/day/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old;

- The maximum number of days you can book per reservation is only 28.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$40.76/night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

- Pets are allowed for an additional charge of $115.00 per accommodation, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs weighing no more than 75 pounds each;
