About this property

Indulge yourself in this stunning property located in the heart of Cancun's famous hotel zone, just steps away from world class shopping and restaurants. Located right on a gorgeous and expansive white sand beach, every room has an ocean view, perfect for catching that spectacular sunrise. The view from the extra large infinity pool gently blends into the turquoise Caribbean and sometimes it is hard to tell them apart. This unit is a 400 sq ft studio with a Westin Heavenly queen bed and sleeper sofa, large bathroom with separate walk in shower and jet tub. There is a small Kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave plus a washer and dryer. There is also a private balcony with two chairs and a table. While the room can easily sleep 4, it is most comfortable for 2 adults or adults with small children. Late checkouts can be requested and will be available based on occupancy of the resort and may or may not be granted There is also a nominal daily fee of $2.20 USD. Parking is free. No pets are allowed. I have stayed at this resort a dozen times and it is one of my favorites in the world. This is a timeshare that I own, therefore when you book, I will confirm availability per your requested dates and confirm reservation within 24 hours.

This place is wonderful!

The location is incredible, just across the street from two malls with multiple shopping and dining options. The service onsite is just top notch! Everyone is so polite and when you call for something to be fixed in the room it is literally just MINUTES for them to arrive. There is beach and poolside service all day. So many hottubs at different temperatures, 2 giant pools with swim up bars, and everyone there was in a great mood. The rooms were super clean, modern, and the pull out bed was an top notch one - American Leather - felt like a real bed, and even had a usb and outlet in the side of it. The property owner we rented from was superb on communication and responsiveness.

Great Stay

Loved everything about the property. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Grounds and conditions are immaculate. Was disappointed with the room assignment, initially. (First floor, corner of building, did have a very partial ocean view) But, I grew to like being able to walk into the room, no elevators.
