Please note that the keys are to be picked up 29 minutes by tram T2 and bus, or 52 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Discover this beautiful, spacious, and bright 3-bedroom apartment. It is located near Parc Parilly and Bois des Essarts, with a Auchan supermarket, Galeries Lafayette, and small restaurants close by. A metro and bus stop are just a few minutes away by foot.
Please note, the keys must be picked up from a shop located at 72 Rue Laennec, Lyon 69008 (closes at 8:30 PM).

The apartment is equipped with the following:

A spacious and bright living room leading to a balcony, with a sofa, TV, and storage unit.
A dining area with a large table and 6 chairs.
An open-plan kitchen, separate from the living room, with an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator (no freezer), electric stovetop, dishes and kitchen utensils, kettle, and toaster.
A laundry room with a washing machine.
A bedroom at the entrance with a double bed (140x190 cm), bedside tables and lamps, a small desk with a chair.
A second bedroom with a dressing area, a double bed (140x190 cm), bedside tables and lamps, a small desk with a chair.
A third bedroom with a dressing area and a double bed (140x190 cm), bedside tables and lamps, a small desk with a chair.
A shower room with a basin, storage unit, towel dryer, and hairdryer.
Separate toilet.

When you arrive, you will find the following linens and basic products:

Linen:
The bed will be prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
1 towel per guest per stay (please bring extras if needed).
1 kitchen towel and 1 bath mat.
Basic products:
3 toilet rolls
1 shower gel
1 dishwashing liquid and 1 sponge
Coffee capsules and tea bags provided for your stay
A few cleaning products.
Please note: No cooking oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels. No laundry detergent.

## Neighborhood

The 8th arrondissement of Lyon is dynamic and offers green spaces for relaxation, such as Grange Blanche, where buses and trams (T2 and T5) converge. Several hospitals, including Edouard Herriot and Natecia private clinic, are nearby. The shops on Rue Monplaisir are extensive, with local businesses like hairdressers, restaurants, and other stores.
For entertainment, Maison de la Danse is next to the town hall, and the Bachut media library is just a few meters away, always open for the curious.
The apartment is also near Parc de Parilly and Galeries Lafayette Bron.
