Enjoy our art filled bi-level home in a quiet neighborhood that's great for spending time friends & family. Take in the blue skies and mountain air on the huge deck for dining, relaxing & grilling that's very private with no neighbors behind. Step into the park-like back yard with gazebo & fire pit. Leather furniture in living room & family room with a big wood burning fireplace. Large eat-in kitchen with granite counters & stainless appliances. Plush comfy beds, baths with showers, 1 with deep tub and 2 with vessel sinks & granite.

-Wifi included as well as desks for workspace 1 with modem

-Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in laundry room, to ensure you look your best while in town!

-Fully stocked kitchen with new sink, oven/electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Pantry with staples, tea pot, coffee, coffee maker, baking sheets, pots & pans, dishes, blender, utensils and more!

Great location for exploring & close to everything.

-Walk just 5 minutes to Big Dry Creek Trail. One block south to Dry Creek. Trail entrance one block west on south side of street.

-Drive just 5 minutes to fix dinner from Tony's Market or enjoy restaurants, shops and a movie at The Streets at SouthGlenn.

-15 mins to Historic Downtown Littleton with restaurants and quaint shops. Aspen Grove with brewery, bicycle rental, dining/movie theatre, shops, restaurants and winery or Park Meadows mall with its over 150 shops/restaurants all in a rustic and lodge feel.

-30 mins drive to Downtown Denver or Red Rocks and Dinosaur Ridge. If you don't feel like driving downtown, catch the light rail ending at Union Station for exploring Downtown Denver, & Larimer Square or catching the Winter Park Express train.

-1 hour to Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg. We've donated and visited as a family for years. Over 500 lions, tigers, bears, wolves and large animals.

Also 1 hour away are:
- Boulder, on the way there enjoy The Butterfly Pavillion
-Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor Resort. Continue a short way to Manitou Springs for Pikes Peak Cog Railway, and Cave of the Winds
-Blackhawk or Central City are also 1 hour away for gambling casinos, gold panning and white water rafting

-1 and 1/2 hours for skiing at Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone or Vail another 15 minutes

Clean & Well appointed

The property was very clean. The kitchen was also very well stocked for us to cook for Thanksgiving. The fireplace downstairs worked great and was stocked with wood and kindling. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting my family in Denver.

Friendly and Welcoming Host

Had a great visit to Colorado with work colleagues, and from the initial interaction, Cameo was an exceptional host. Communicative and welcoming. The house is lovely and very comfortable for a larger group or family. Thanks again for a great stay!

Everything we needed!

This house fit all of our needs! 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful covered deck, plenty of space to sit and visit and relax. The kitchen was great, fully stocked and, the table large enough for us all to sit and play games on. The beds are extremely comfortable, even the twin and trundle were great. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommend

The host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. The home was very clean and was well-prepped for people staying there. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, so we slept well during the night. The kitchen has a large table that you can eat at or play board games on, which was one thing I was looking for when I searched for places to stay. The only downside was that it was a bi-level. The front door led to stairs going up and stairs going down, so bringing luggage and groceries into the home took a little more effort. Overall, I would highly recommend this home to people wanting to stay in this area. :)

Denver Golf Vacation

The house was very nice and had everything that we needed while there. Communication was great. This is a good set up if you have two couples. There is a separate living area downstairs and upstairs. The bathrooms are pretty small. If you plan on spending any time out on the patio, just know that a super busy street is just beyond the fence, and it is very noisy. It was hard to sit out there and talk because of the loud traffic. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Cozy suburban abode

Easy checking. Property well furnished and close to town for groceries, restaurants, etc. There were 5 of us in the group so having 3 bathrooms was a major plus. Be sure to pull up the driveway very slowly as it has quite the speed bump (which I think is pretty common in colorado).

I am an interior designer and artist. I currently live in Littleton but grew up in a small town 50 miles south of Denver. We raised Arabian horses, which I showed. We also had chow/chows and dobermans. Cosmo is my wonderful, sweet, rescue dog pictured with me. Through the years I have lived in Oregon, Kansas, Michigan, Arizona and Northern California. I always come back to the Denver area because it's home.
