A private home just 2 blocks from beautiful Saint Augustine Beach offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You will love the comfortable and attractive decor, and will find it easy to make yourself at home. It has a nice fenced back yard, making it perfect for traveling with your pet. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. This home is also perfect for working remotely, while enjoying great proximity to the beach. There is an office area on the second level with a desk and super fast Internet/wifi.
Great layout! Living Area with two comfy sofas and a 65 in Smart TV with Cable, open to Dining with seating for six and the kitchen. Our kitchen is loaded with everything you need, all brand new. Enjoy the covered back porch with seating, a ceiling fan, and a Gas Grill. The Master Bedroom is on the 1st floor, with ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a full bath, plus a separate living area furnished with a desk. Luxury Vinyl floors throughout the home.

Dream house

Jill’s house was perfect for our family and dogs from NY. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Pool is great for kids if you didn’t want to head to the beach for the day. Communication was always quick and everything is provided in the house which saves room for packing things. We hope to go back again next year since she didn’t want to sell to us, lol. 😊

Wonderful time on 5th Street

This is a hidden gem on 5th Street. The house was comfortable and very well appointed with everything you need whether your stay is short or long. Only 2 blocks to the beach and several great local restaurants. My dog, Ozzie loved being in the fenced in back yard. All of my friends who came to visit loved the pool and the large TV in the den for nighttime watching. The property owner was very easy to work with and very quick to respond anytime I contacted her. Will definitely be back next summer.

Great location. Ocean just 3 blocks away. Kookubrr,3 blocks walk, coffee

Very nice. not hard to keep clean. enjoyed being a closer gathering with our family. Ocean was close and fun. everything we needed was within 1 mile. i would recommend this house.
