Pretty house on the banks of the Dordogne, located 9 km from Soursac, nicely furnished. 3 bedrooms including 1 disabled access. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, bathroom and separate WC. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with shower and separate WC, 3 single beds. 1 separate toilet on the ground floor. Living room kitchen area, Senseo, electric heating. An additional stainless steel sink installed outside the gîte for fishermen. Swimming pool with lifeguard nearby in July and August. Tennis court and pétanque. Bar-restaurant in the village from April to November
