House of character, very old (more than 200 years old), isolated in a small hamlet of 10 sparse houses, very quiet in an enclosed park of 800 m², open view of the valley and the village at 800 m - Near the Tours de Merle in the Maronne valley (tributary of the Dordogne). Hiking and mountain biking from the gîte. The owner can accompany you on a mountain bike (with electric assistance) to help you discover the paths of the region - the amateur beekeeper owner can introduce you to the world of bees - fishing in the rivers and lakes - mushrooms in the owners' forests. very good internet reception, excellent for teleworking

Ground floor: typically Corrèze living room (40 m2) with inglenook fireplace (large open fireplace), and scullery (formerly pantry), tastefully renovated, and furnished in regional style with an additional wood stove, TV and WIFI internet connection, DVD player, Bluetooth. Floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed, one with direct access to the garden and 3rd bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and baby bed, 1 bathroom with WC. Electric heating.
