New Rental - Waterfront Home in Tigertail beach neighborhood

This 3-bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront home is new to the rental market as it was just purchased in November 2024. The home has amazing wide water views. It's a .5 mile walk to tigertail beach. The high ceilings and beach decor makes this home the perfect vacation rental.

There are two living areas, a desk for work a home that overlooks the pool and water. The kitchen has everything you need with seating for 3 at the peninsula, plus a dining room that seats. 6. You also have multiple entertaining areas under the covered screened in lanai. Seating outside overlooking the kitchen as well as a table and chairs.

The master bedroom has a large king bed with a huge master bath including a soaker tub, walk in shower and a private door to access the outside area. The other wing of the house has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other room with two twin beds) and has access to a full bath with walk in shower. There is a large laundry room with pantry.

The home has smart TV's and WIFI throughout. Bedding and towels and beach chairs are provided. Within a 50-minute drive to Fort Meyers airport as well as the Red Sox training camp (JetBlue stadium) and Twins training camp (Hammond stadium), this is a dream location for Spring Training. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a great beach for walks or looking for shells. Nearby rentals for jet skiing, windsurfing, boat docks, etc. Also perfect spot to go fishing. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Special Notes:

We used to own a condo in the South Seas in Marco Island so if you look at the reviews prior to Nov 2024, they are for the condo. We kept them active so new renters will see we have been doing this for many years.

This is our primary residence, and we rent the house out when we are not able to enjoy it ourselves. As such, the owners reserve the right to screen the renters prior to accepting a rental agreement. We expect renters to respect our home as we do.

Prefer rentals Saturday to Saturday in season.

Minimum Age Requirement by Owner: 30 years or older to rent the property and you must provide a photo ID prior to check in.

Due to safety concerns with open water (open water, pool/spa) we prefer that renters do not bring young children under 12. Children must be supervised at all times.

Wonderful house

Lovely spot on Marco. It sits on a small “bay” not just a narrow waterway. It is walkable to tigertail as well as to the store/eating spots - 0.6 miles to the farmers markets held on Wednesdays. And, the owner provides bikes in case you would rather bike. There is also a canoe and two kayaks. There are excellent new beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and all that is needed to bake/cook family meals. There are even spices!The owners are great at communicating ahead of time. We did not need them during the stay but the before/after was excellent. If you need more than 2 kayaks, Marco Paddle is a great place to call. They will deliver to your door.

Condo had an amazing view of both the pool and ocean! It was extremely clean and nicely furnished. The beach chairs, beach towels and cart were great to have. Communication with the owner was great. Would most definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

The view and location are perfect. Loved to be able to see both the city and beach from the large wrap around balcony. The unit is updated, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beach chairs and rolling cart were very convenient. Lots of activities included such as pickle ball, tennis, bocci ball, shuffle board, corn hole and mini golf. Bikes, paddle boards and kayaks are available to rent. Had a great time.

Great Stay at Marco Island

My Wife and I had a great time during our stay at Marco Island. 1406 is a fantastic unit with a great view of the Gulf. Awesome pictures of sunset every evening. We met our Host Kelli on arrival and she showed us everything and was great to deal with also checking on us during a crazy storm that we had.

This property has everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, we didn’t use it much! 😂😂 The owners were out of the country but responded quickly.

Great place in Marco

Great unit in South seas number four Tower. And unit which is larger than most. Nice wraparound porch. Beautiful ocean view and pool view. Highly recommend the location. The master bedroom bed was a little soft.

Everything wonderful!

Beautiful condo , clean, well supplied to go to beach with chairs, cart and umbrella! Wrap around balcony could see sunset and sunrise every day! Tennis and pickle ball across street with racquets supplied! And restaurants walkable or easy ride! We had the most perfect vacation with our adult daughters (21and 23)! Kelli was great in responding quickly to any question we had ! Looking forward to returning! Didn’t hurt weather was perfect all week and walked beach and went to pool every day!!! Thanks Kelli!!!

Marco Island vacation

We have been vacationing on Marco Island for several years now. For the most part we have rented at South Seas, we truly love it! Beautiful Condo, well equipped, spectacular views from the Lanai. With a background in Quality Assurance and a business owner I have very high standards. When we arrived it was apparent the floors needed to be cleaned, so I swept and mopped the floors. Also cleaned both bathrooms and kitchen, which I always do at any rental we stay at. All in all it was very nice.

Great stay!

Excellent communication with the host. We loved the condo, had everything we needed and the grounds and building are very well kept. We decided to stay an extra 2 days (12 full days) and Kelli was great! Beds were super cozy - we had great sleep. Walk to the beach was a quick 10 minutes. Beach stuff was an added bonus. Parking garage was under construction so we had to park at tower 3 but it wasn’t an issue. I must have missed communication about paying for parking which was $100. Would recommend this place to rent to others. Hopefully, we can come back for 2-3 full weeks next summer

Couples Retreat in Paradise

My husband and I stayed a week for our 29th wedding anniversary. This condo is exactly as described, clean, welcoming, and a perfect place for a week at the beach! We spent each day at the white sandy beach, with clear blue waters. The condo owners provide you with plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The 14th floor views with their wrap around patio are spectacular, and wonderful to enjoy breakfast or an evening cocktail. The patio provides perfect views of the beach, swimming pool, and bay side. Our visit included a visit from storm Elsa! The condo is completely equipped with hurricane shutters and we felt completely comfortable and safe. The best part of the storm was the magnificent sea shells it washed up to shore. The condo is very close to spectacular, authentic Italian restaurants. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach if needed. We absolutely loved our stay, and definitely look forward to coming back soon! The Hixon's

Great for adults, unsafe for children

I am not one to leave a poor review, and honestly, this isn’t the goal here. The condo is great for adults, I repeat, ADULTS. Fully stocked, great location, beautiful views, however if you have little ones you CANNOT stay here. The openings in patio railing are not to code. They are 6.5”-5” in width (National code is 4”)— we were told after a couple conversations they were “grandfathered in” however, there is not such thing as being “grandfathered in” to a safety building code. My entire adult head can fit through the largest openings. My toddlers entire head and body can fit through the railing (and did, as we grabbed her and pulled her back). This is a massive tragedy waiting to happen. We moved condos to a place down the beach the very first day after realizing the situation. We were met with a bit of pushback from the owners on a refund, but we didn’t feel it was worth the risk and moved immediately. We could’ve closed the doors and sat inside, however, that wasn’t what we went on vacation to do. After a few conversations, the owners agreed to a refund, which we appreciated since we would’ve been paying double to stay elsewhere to keep our children safe. We appreciate them agreeing to a refund, however, I would feel awful if I didn’t leave a review and something happened to another child. I would also avoid staying in ANY condos in this association as it appears all the railing is the same in the other condos as well.

Amazing vacation

This is the most well stocked condo we have ever rented. Great family environment and very relaxing. Kelli was amazing to work with. She made the check in process super easy and even called to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and in good repair. The walk to the beach is long but the wagon chairs and umbrellas were great to have use of and the beauty of the beach and ocean were well worth the walk. We would definitely rent from Kelli again!!

Great location, great unit, well equipped

We had a great week in Marco staying in Kelli’s unit. It was so well equipped, beach cart, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, hangers in the closet and a well stocked kitchen! The huge balcony was amazing, we started our day with coffee there and ended it with a glass of wine. Beautiful views! We will be back!

Marco Island

This condo was very very clean. It was an excellent place to stay. This part of the island has the widest beach I have ever seen. It does take a little while to walk down to the beach. We had never been to Marco island and did enjoy our stay. You are very close to Naples and we even drove down to the Everglades in 40 minutes one of the days. Marco Island and Naples both don’t have any attractions for young children. But we did have a great time.
