I’m the heart of Ptown

Great location if you like to be in the thick of things. Set in back off Commercial St so mostly quiet. Could use a bit of TLC. Pricey but all the places there seem to be.

Great spot in a great location

The condo was exactly as the listing described, and was priced very competitively vs other options. Provincetown is an extremely walkable place, and the location of this residence is right in the middle of everything. Would absolutely book this again.

Cozy apartment in a great location!

We had a great week at this apartment, the location can’t be beat! Right off of commercial street so it was easy to walk everywhere. There were four of us for the week and though it’s on the smaller side we didn’t feel too cramped. There’s a nice little shared outdoor area where I enjoyed my coffee each morning before starting the day. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect stay in Ptown

The location cannot be beat, right in the middle of town accessible to everything. The property itself exceeded expectations. The place is actually bigger than we anticipated from the pictures. The master bedroom was incredibly spacious and even had its own couch. Second bedroom if needed for additional guests and a lovely nook to work from home or eat breakfast/dinner. Full kitchen had everything we needed for an extended stay. The place was very clean and the host was available for any questions. Would stay here again.

Great Location

The unit was clean and spacious and the interior pictures were accurate. The location is near everything. Our only disappointment was the outdoor space was not well represented in the pictures and was not comfortable and maintained for hanging out.

Great stay in Provincetown

Great location, nice accommodations, great communication with landlord. At first I was concerned that it might be noisy given the central location but in fact it was pretty quiet and white noise from the AC system also helped with noise. If you are bringing a car, expect to pay at least $210 for parking in Provincetown during the week, but there was also plenty of space directly outside the rental to park close and quickly load and unload gear, which made the offsite parking requirement a lot more easy to deal with. This is absolutely not a place I would have wanted to bring a family member with mobility issues due to steep stairs, but happily that was not a requirement this time. Great spot!

Perfect location!

Couldn’t get a better location, smack in the heart of Provincetown! Perfect for a family of three, son being 19 y.o.. Our host was very responsive and the apartment was as described. Stairs to the apartment were steep so maybe difficult for older fur babies but we were thankful to be able to bring ours along. Highly recommend.

A+ Location & Comfort

The apartment is right in the action of Commercial St where you are steps (about a dozen!) away from food and cocktails, entertainment and the bay. Totally enjoyed the comfortable beds and breezes from the windows. Laundry room access is great!

Cozy and right in the middle of everything

Everything is within walking distance, beds are very comfortable, couch is very comfortable, did I mention it's right. on. commercial street? Altogether a really nice spot for a couple(s) stay. We loved it.

Perfect place to stay in the middle of everything in P-Town. My favorite piano bar was practically across the street. Lovely 2 BR place, clean, comfortable, charming, full kitchen with everything you need, even a nice pair of scissors. Host was very communicative, answered my questions quickly even a few weeks after I left the unit when I had questions about following up on some paperwork. Will definitely try to nab it again as my first choice when I go back!
