Kyuka Unit 36A... Lot 17. Welcome to Kyuka, “vacation” in Japanese, a spacious and relaxing house combining modern convenience with an Asian design influence. From the living room you can see an expansive meadow stretching from a picturesque wooden fence on the hill, past a cypress hedgerow, to a view of waves crashing on the rocks. Separated from the living room is a media room where family members can entertain themselves without disturbing conversation in the larger room. The living room opens onto the deck, where you will find a hot tub, a propane barbeque, and a table for outside dining.
Next to the living room is the large, well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops where several cooks can work at the same time. A breakfast bar adjoins the dining room. All major electrical appliances were updated in 2021. A washer and dryer with an ironing board are available.
On the ground floor, each of the three spacious guest bedrooms has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom, upstairs, functions as a multi-purpose room with two twin beds on wooden platforms, a TV, and two huge beanbag chairs for the kids. A bathroom adjoins it, as does a small study which provides a private place if someone needs to work.
Around the corner is the Ohlson Recreation Center and nearby Bluff Trail leading to two adjacent beaches.
Linens are provided in the home. Children of all ages are welcome..... Pets are not allowed.
SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 2-car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 8 for this home.
