As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a TV to watch all their favourite shows, and doors open up onto a sun-soaked terrace equipped with tables, chairs, and cosy seating, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated; the first includes a king-size bed, the second has a convertible sofa bed, and the third has a child bed. All bedrooms have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Come and discover the 13th arrondissement! Let yourself be surprised by the Butte-aux-Cailles, the historical district of Paris. Look up, and you will find any drawings or messages on the walls of buildings. In the borough, the authorities have approved several wall paintings realized by international artists claiming street art. The Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place in the evening, ideal for a meal or an aperitif!

Let yourself be surprised by the mixture of the culture of Chinatown. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Glacière, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
