About this property

I am delighted to welcome you to my superb 70 square meter apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, located in the heart of the 15ᵉ arrondissement of PARIS. It is suitable whether for a professional or personal stay and has the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is a 15-minute metro ride from the Eiffel Tower, the capital's landmark. We look forward to welcoming you!

## Logement
To make your stay easier and more enjoyable during my absence, I have entrusted the management of my accommodation to Hostnfly, an AIRBNB concierge who will take care of everything for you. It is with them that you will interact. Don't hesitate to contact them if you have any questions!

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
