You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The studio is also well laid out:
- at the foot of a bus stop;
- in a residence with tennis court;
- a stone's throw from a cycle path and a river ideal for a stroll;
- a 10-minute walk from a number of shops (Spar supermarket, patio fleuri tobacconist, hairdresser, pharmacy, cash dispenser, etc.);
- 15 minutes from the city center, where you'll find everything you need;
- 7 minutes by car from Aqualand (water park);
- 8 minutes from El Dorado Ranch for horseback riding;
- 10 minutes from the nearest golf club; and much more...

There's also a small local market selling food and manufactured goods close to the accommodation.
It is open all year round, from 01/04 to 30/09, every Monday and Friday morning.

- Alternatively, there's one 500 m away on the main road heading inland;
- Tourist brochures and leaflets are available during your stay.

## Emplacement
Sainte-Maxime doesn't live only in summer, and in winter the mimosa festival and the oil festival are very important. The rich, well-preserved flora and fauna of the area can be discovered on a number of hiking trails, a delight for nature lovers. And after a long walk to the Pointe des Sardinaux, what better way to pamper yourself than at the thalassotherapy center. In summer, do as everyone else does: enjoy an aperitif in a beach restaurant, then dine to the sound of the rolling waves, without worrying about what time it is.
