Quiet, SANITIZED and CAREFUL non-smoking apartment without pets in the center of Westerland
Location:
The apartment is located in downtown, in the pedestrian zone "beach road". The building is next to the beach road 4 well-known 5-star luxury hotel "City of Hamburg" and adjacent to the apartment house 'beach castle'. The apartment is located in. 2 Floor, at the back and quiet. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous dining establishments and shops, and a bus stop and a taxi rank. The beach and the train station are only a few hundred meters away.
Features:
The apartment consists of a large living room, bedroom, hallway with a new fitted kitchen and a new bathroom. 2013, apartment was completely renovated, the furniture is largely new.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and a coffee maker. The living room, bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen Murphy bed, a large wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a cabinet, a flat-screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a basin and a towel heater.
The apartment has beside it a safe.
In the apartment is not allowed to smoke and pets are not allowed.
Outside:
The building has an elevator. Washer and dryer can be found in the cellar (coin-operated). For loading and unloading you can park in from 07:00 bis 10:00 clock clock and 15:00 clock bis 16:30 clock in downtown in the beach road. In addition, you can park at the nearby Hebbelweg to turn on or unload the car. On request, a private car park near offered (on foot about 5 minutes).
