There were 14 of us and the house had more than enough room for us to sleep. The house and was clean and warm. More seating would have been nice in the dining room area and living room, but we made it work.
We arrived late on Friday, and the house was ready for sleep. The driveway is a little tight, and the roads nearby are full of twists, but it was easy enough to get in and settled. We had enough dishes to make breakfasts and dinners, and it was fairly close to our skiing for the weekend.
Thanks!
We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!!
Host never returned messages or phone calls. Never could access the property but she took our money. Don’t rent, should be pulled from Vrbo site!!!!!!!
Clean and ample space for a group of 14 adults. Felicity went above and beyond by asking what cooking pots/pans we might need for Thanksgiving dinner. Then she bought the items and had them there for us! We used the fire pit one night and had a blast ATVing - rented vehicles from Eagle ATV which was nearby. A Dollar General is just 10min away which was so convenient for milk/eggs, etc.

VRBO did great, host not as much
The host was unresponsive and did not respond to questions or inquiries prior to the vacation. Upon arrival the host did not provide information to unlock the door. VRBO was amazing and got us motel rooms and made the host become much more responsive in some fashion. We provided our own trash bags and toilet paper because there wasn't much when we arrived so we purchased our own. The house itself was fine the location was fine VRBO did great.
This was a great stay for riders. Parking only limited to about 3-4 trucks and trailers. Only about 10 mins from outlaw trails and about 20 to the Hatfield trails. Would stay here again!
NEVER GOT TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY BECAUSE IT WAS DOUBLED BOOKED AND HAD TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!!!
NOT HAPPY!!!

Clean large house
House was clean and large enough for our group of 14. Beds are small, you're feet may hang off. Driveway fits 4 trucks & trailer and nothing more pretty tight after that. Cute retro themed house.
We were looking for a place to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life & enjoy some time with out family! This place in the back woods of beautiful WV provided that.
