Our apartment 'Möwenklecks' is located directly in the dunes, about 40 m away you can reach the nearest beach access.
It is located on the 2nd floor of the holiday complex 'Meeresblick'. The wellness and pool area with two saunas as well as the underground car park can be easily reached with the elevator directly from the apartment. Free parking lot 28 is available for your vehicle in the underground garage.
The apartment 'Möwenklecks' offers modern comfort through the open living-dining area with a high-quality kitchenette, a dining area for 4 people. Additional amenities are provided by free WiFi, flat-screen TV, music system (Teufel), Blu-Ray player. For a holiday with children or for an occupancy of more than two people, the couch can be converted into a high-quality sofa bed with a separate mattress in just a few simple steps.
The balcony belonging to the apartment is sunny due to the south-west orientation.
The bedroom is modern and also has a flat-screen TV (with DVD player). The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space.

Im Frühling an der Ostsee
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage an der Ostsee. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ferienwohnung hell, praktisch und zum Wohlfühlen. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im Haus haben wir täglich genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

sehr schön, unkompliziert, entspannend und alles vor Ort
Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannender Kurzurlaub. Es war alles vor Ort und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir im Februar waren, waren nicht viele Gäste im Haus, wodurch es sehr ruhig und relaxed war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Alles da, was man braucht, relativ hochwertige Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer größeren Anlage, man hat ein bisschen das Gefühl von Mietshaus. Aber alles gut durchdacht. Tolle Lage!

Unterkunft war gut, Wetter war toll, Angebot in Baabe und auf Rügen immer wieder prima, Für die vielen Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage sollte es eine bessere Lösung geben, da es sehr eng ist, wenn alle Plätze belegt sind und jeder Räder dabei hat.

Eine wunderbar saubere, moderne, bis ins Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hier fehlt es an nichts....Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Sehr schön und sauber waren auch die Saunen und das Hallenbad. Einen Whirlpool(war angegeben) haben wir nicht entdeckt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist phänomenal. Es war einfach ein herrlicher Kurzurlaub im schönen Baabe auf der wunderschönen Insel Rügen.

Schönes Objekt, sehr sauber, alles tip top.Hinderhofcharakter weniger schön, hätten gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen . Aber dafür hat man den Strand und das nahe liegende Café Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! .

Wir fanden, dass es eine tolle, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung war. Wir bedauerten, dass das Schwimmbad während unserer Ferienwoche wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen war. Das hätten wir gerne vor der Reservierung gewusst. Als Tipp empfehlen wir Ihnen, im Haus ein Gästebuch zu führen, in dem alle wichtigen Informationen (wie WLAN-Passwort, Arzt-Telefonnummern etc.) aufgeführt sind.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz toll und praktisch eingerichtet und hat mit Meernähe eine perfekte Lage. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr praktisch, da man vom Auto mit dem Fahrstuhl das Gepäck ganz entspannt zur Wohnung bringen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Lage und Wohnung
Haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Nähe zum Strand und Kurpark perfekt. Bäcker vor der Tür. Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet. Tiefgaragenplätze immer rückwärts einparken, dann passt es auch mit der Kofferraumklappe. Mobile Datenverbindung nicht vorhanden, deshalb in das gute WLAN-Netzwerk einwählen und WLAN- Telefonie aktivieren. Balkone liegen eng zusammen. Man kommt also schnell ins Gespräch.

Alles bestens, kann ich nur empfehlen
War eine sehr schöne, saubere, super gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wenn das meine eigene Wohnung wäre, dann hätte ich lediglich eine Halterung für ein Küchenhandtuch angebracht, ansonsten nichts verändert. Die Möbel auf Rollen sind wirklich hervorragend gerollt. Es gab selbst im Schlafzimmer einen zweiten Fernseher, wobei wir den nicht einmal genutzt hatten. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde ich sofort erneut buchen und kann ich ohne zögern weiter empfehlen. Obwohl die Zimmer im Innenhof lagen war es ausgesprochen ruhig. Das Wetter war zu kühl für den Balkon. Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht, dass man sich von anderen Bewohnern beobachten fühlen kann durch den engen Innenhof.
