Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, an open floor plan, kitchen, living + dining area and balcony off living room with patio dining set. Both kitchens feature brand new stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and much more! Central air conditioning, outdoor shower and 2 outdoor gas grills. Master bedrooms have one queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed sleeps 7. No bed linens or towels, sorry no beach passes no beach chairs or umbrellas. 1½ blocks from the beach
