About this property

This spacious home is perfect for a large group getaway. Located in Lake Harmony, a beautiful community in the heart of the Poconos. Close to a variety of attractions, and access to a private beach. This is a very spacious 6 bedroom, 3 bath made to entertain. It is equipped with an upper and lower deck with plenty of seating, an outdoor fire pit and propane grill, an indoor gas fireplace in the main living room, hot tub pool table and more! Your stay will also include passes to the private beach at the lake and keys for the tennis courts. The beach area is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Place as described

Only thing that happened while there was an act of God. Lost power and it did not come back on prior to us leaving. We could not clean the house as we would have liked. House was as described and provided qhat we needed to enjoy our stay.

The house was perfect for our needs. Great location. Ample sleeping options. And best of all, it was free of hassles. Linens, towels, amenities all provided. No cleanup required. Again...Perfect!

Great summer getaway for a big group

We had four families with kids visit in the summer. The house was big with lots of extra sleeping space in a loft. It was clean and well kept with nice extras like the hot tub and sauna. The neighborhood was also great with a private swimming beach a few blocks away included. We had a great time and would return again.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

This property was great for a nice weekend getaway with some friends of mine. The pool table maybe is getting a little beat up but other than the the property was clean, the baseboard heat was nice, and their are plenty of beds for people to sleep in.

Great location and perfect size for a group

This property is well located in Lake Harmony and plenty of space for our group of extended family. We have 4 teens with us and we all enjoyed all aspects of the house and the amenities. Hot tub, sauna and fire pit were at hit. As others have mentioned the pots and pans and some of the soft goods could use and update but did not deter us from giving this a 5 star review. House was very clean. Communication and response were fantastic. Property managers are great and the house have everything you need - everything!

Great home in great location!

Management company was super responsive including driving over a new coffee machine when we told them the pot was missing in the old one. House provided lots of towels and all the basics you needed. (Very cute welcome basket upon arrival) Nice sized rooms. Great house to share with other family or friends. Very close to slopes and restaurants.

Perfect Pocono Vacation House

The property was well maintained and furnished. Location of the proper is a quick couple minute drive to local bars/restaurants. First arriving had a minor issue with the code to the lock, but a quick phone call and quick answer from the property manager rectified the issue remotely in seconds. Comfortable on the inside with lots of rooms for large guests and privacy. Only complaint was one bathroom door lock was broken and took some elbow grease to open the door. I would take that issue any day of the week if that’s the only complaint. Would highly recommend.

Nice stay

My extended family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located to both Big Boulder and Jack Frost in a quiet and quaint area. The firepit area was great, as we spent hours around it staying warm and enjoying our time together. The property manager was very responsive as we had an issue with a dirty hot tub and lights in the house not working. Both issues were addressed in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glassware, plates, and bowls, however there are no wine glasses. The pots, pans, and extra cookware are quite beat up and some needed a good cleaning prior to use. Upon arrival the house was clean, but not impressively clean. There was some dirt and trash (socks, clothing tags) in corners and closets and under end tables. The bathrooms did seem to be cleaned well. The main entrance is at ground level and there is only a small doormat as you enter the house. As a result the floor in the pool table room, where you enter, became horribly dirty and wet over the course of our 4 night stay. Snow and dirt constantly were brought in from our shoes and left a mess. I’d recommend a runner and perhaps a boot rack for inside the entrance. Also, the door to the 2nd floor hall bathroom sticks…. to the point that several of us needed help getting out of the bathroom! I believe the door knob needs to be replaced, as it isn’t properly lined up with the door frame. Despite some quirks, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house.

Has everything you need!

Great house for hosting a christmas party weekend for about 11 people and a dog. So many beds and good amount of bathrooms. We hung out in the kitchen and living room majority of the time which fit all of us. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and spices needed. We cooked dinner both nights with no issues. We were even able to use the fire pit one afternoon with beautiful weather. Its about a 15 min walk to the nearest bar/restaurant. The nearest grocery store was 15 min drive. Great location. Would highly recommend for a large group.

Family stay

My family and I wanted a long weekend getaway. Just as advertised, however I did want to mention as previous review had said hot tub jets were weak this is true. Was a bit disappointed to see it dustier than expected but I guess is normal. Only thing that really made me not give this place 5 stars is the bed I happened to sleep in had sheets that were dirty as in something was on it. The labeled kitchen was a great idea, made navigating the kitchen a breeze. Overall we ate a whole lot and enjoyed our stay.

Family Birthday Celebration

Great Location and Community to Vacation to

Just about everything with this place was great. The community, the location, the walk to the beach and the back as well as the front and even side yard. Very spacious inside and out! Kitchen amenities and outdoor grill functioned very well, however, some of the cooking ware we questioned the cleanliness. The hot tub as well didn’t seem as clean as I would have liked and it only ran low jet stream when you started it. The yard, the dining and living areas, the bedrooms, bathrooms were all fantastic. Great condition and clean. Property managers were very kind and communicated everything we needed and even left us a coffee basket. Which was well used. Would suggest coming back to anyone. Especially family gatherings.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed a great trip at the lake this past week. The house was very large and could have accommodated four more friends for a total of 12. The house is dated- some of the furnishings are old and worn, but overall it was great. Thank you!

Weekend in the Poconos

This is a great property with tons of room for guests, human and furry alike! The check-in process was remarkably easy and the hot tub was ready upon arrival. We had a large group of adults and everyone had their own beds were able to have their own space, which is usually hard to find. The firepit came with plenty of firewood so we could enjoy it all night long. I would highly recommend this property for any gathering in the area!

Cozy stay

Our annual girls weekend trip was wonderful and cozy. The house was comfortable and fitting for us. There can be some minor updates and lighting around the hot tub area but the home was so comfortable and CLEAN! We appreciated it stocked so well with extra paper products and full kitchen needs. Would definitely stay again! Unfortunately we had a unexpected visitor and he ripped apart the garbage shed to get to the trash but he or she was beautiful to watch walk through the woods .

Get away mini vacation!

House was very accommodating and very beautiful! We had an awesome time and they let us check in early which made us able to have two full days which was good! Highly recommend this place!! Didn’t see any bear this year, but plenty of deer as usual!!!

Lake Harmony Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and had great showers. It was in close proximity to the golf course and other wine tour events that we planned. We saw a baby black bear within our 1st hour which was unique and exciting. The fire pit was a hit we enjoyed our evenings in that space. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a Poconos trip.

The property manager gave us detailed instructions for check-in and other stuff, unfortunately the cleaning people left the wrong house key at the box, so we could not get in. There was a newly installed electric code at the door upstairs on the deck, but we could not get in either. I called immediately, but they did not come to fix it until almost an hour, which I thought was outrageous and unacceptable.
