This gorgeous second floor home is just two houses from 44th Street beaches. Like a beachfront property the ocean views are fabulous! This home features hardwood floors and a custom granite kitchen with Viking appliances! Beautifully furnished with a huge rooftop deck! Located on 44th street beach which is a life guard beach and the beach is not very crowded as it is a southend beach. The home was recently updated with new furniture and kitchen accessories and wine fridge. There are 4 bed rooms (3 queen and 1 with bunks sleeping 4) and 2.5 bathrooms and outdoor shower. The house comes with beach tags and beach chairs and a fridge in the garage. The views are amazing from the front porch and roof deck.
