Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 11 people.

The backyard is designed for fun with a large heated private pool (36 ft x 14 ft ) with a 7 foot Baja shelf and a large 8 person hot tub. Kids and adults alike will also enjoy the large side yard to play Connect 4, corn hole or just running around.

For outdoor dining, there is a high-end Heston BBQ Grill, refrigerator, sink, and plenty of outdoor counter space to prepare and cook your delicious outdoor meal while watching your favorite TV or sports show. Gather round the large outdoor dining table ! The large lanai also has a great seating area with comfy outdoor couch and chairs.

Sporting enthusiasts will love that there are 2 outdoor TV's by the pool so you have the opportunity to catch 2 games at once

Moving indoors, the airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room and large lanai with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

The dining arrangement will comfortably accommodate 14 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 3 at the kitchen island.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
