Anastasia 215 is a two bedroom, two bathroom north side unit. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a TV, and is attached to the master bathroom which has a standard sized tub. The guest bedroom features two double sized beds and is across the hall from the guest bathroom. This unit has an enclosed patio with sliding doors to let the ocean breeze in. You will have everything you need for your vacation as this condo is equipped with dinner and cookware, linens, cable TV, and a full sized washer and dryer. Anastasia Condos is a beautiful gated community with amenities that include a heated pool, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball court, private walkover to the beach, and three elevators. Historic downtown is located just a short drive down A1A where you will find load of local restaurants, family activities, and ample things to do. Anastasia Condos a smoking free comunity and not pet friendly.

Beautiful beach, as always!

This was a large condo building located right at one of the entrances for vehicles to drive onto beach. This made for a more crowded beach area. The condo itself was a perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans etc. We were disappointed that there was no balcony. (It is an entirely enclosed room now.) There are rules about keeping your beach supplies inside the condo, not outside your door. Despite being able to rinse our stuff off outside, we still carried a lot of sand inside. Also to note: you are required to wash the towels and sheets before checking out. They are not professionally laundered.

We really enjoyed the easy access to a lovely beach. St. Augustine is a joy to visit. The condo was perfect for our family and very spacious! We would book again.
