Great location & Attractive Interior. The check-in staff at this Inn (Hotel) were not welcoming!

Great location & interior. Beautiful views of the Marina. The check-in staff were not friendly or welcoming & really gave me a poor first impression. Email questions to the management company before & during the stay were not answered. Great place... but unfortunately let down by management & staff. The buildings exterior could use some work also.... Broken interior sliding door lock was a security concern & broken exterior stair hand rail is a safety concern. Overall a nice place, but let down by a terrible check in experience & poor maintenance.
