Cancellations (updated July 10, 2024): A down payment is required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel a reservation seven days or more before the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of the first night’s base rental rate in the unit reserved. If you reserved before July 10, 2024, please refer to the cancellation policy sent to you.

Smoking is allowed on balconies or patios only. There is a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in rooms.

Small pets are allowed in this room with a signed contract. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per night.

Nice place with great views to the water. Comfortable bed, includes coffee maker and microwave in place. No blackouts curtains, no hangers, not very clean, some mold on roof around the ac, visibly dirty on room corners.
