Oceanfront Villa in a tranquil bay. Private Pool & 3500 sqft of outdoor space!

This 6,500 sqft. beachfront villa has three levels with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 guests (12 adults, 4 children). Enjoy a little piece of paradise that is only steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. The villa has two sides each being an exact duplicate of the other and features separate entrances. They are connected by an expansive open-concept living space that overlooks a pool deck, beach palapas, and the white-sandy beach. Each wing of the villa hosts a Master bedroom located on the 2nd floor, two guest bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open floor plan combining the dining & living room, kitchen area and an entertainment room. The bedroom layout includes 2 downstairs and 4 on the second floor. All 6-bedroom suites of the villa are extra-spacious, air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms and king-sized beds. Both Master bedrooms have beautiful views with private verandas and overlook both the pool area and Soliman Bay beach.

The beachside palapa has 4 hammocks for you to sip your favorite cocktail, read a book and enjoy the seaside breeze. If you prefer some shade this is the perfect spot to relax! When you are ready to soak up some sun you can enjoy the private pool on one of our poolside loungers. If you are looking for some activity, we have 2 sea kayaks for you to enjoy. As well, you can enjoy snorkeling, swimming and scuba right off the beach!

Soliman Bay is a secured and gated community. Beach vendors will not disturb you. If you visit during the turtle season you may be one of fortunate ones to see these baby miracles.

Our outside areas boast breathtaking views with 3,500 sqft of private balcony, pool and roof terrace. All of this luxury awaits you at Villa Mar Caribe.

Perfect spot

This was so great for our family! Excellent kitchen, great bedrooms and baths. Lots of inside places to relax, although we were outside almost all the time! Beautiful, clean pool, wonderful beach in a calm bay with great snorkeling at the reef which is accessible by kayak.

We had a wonderful trip it's a little out of the way and the road was ruff, but the place was lovely, we did have a car, and we did go into Tulum, a few times but you could stay on the beach and in the pool.

Great location, beautiful property

The location of this property is great. The exact spot in the bay is pretty ideal and we could swim out into the bay right from the property’s beach. I loved the palm trees as well. I was not impressed with the construction of the home, it doesn’t stand up to the wind at night. We experienced very loud nights with wind tunnel sounds disruptive to sleep for half of the house. We also lost power for a day and lost all of our groceries which was stressful. I would expect the home to be able to withstand the wind better, but the power situation was out of anyones control. As well, I thought security was going to be better, I was under impression there was security on site but there is not. We experienced a situation where someone who wasn’t staying in the bay, possibly a homeless person, was hanging out on the beachfront of the property and actually took something from our belongings. I love the area but don’t think I’d stay here again.

What an amazing experience! The house was BEYOND next level. Fernando and Gloria made sure everything was perfect. Literally, anything we needed, which wasn’t much, magically appeared! Truly felt like a hotel experience, but with the perk of a home! They were so amenable and thoughtful! We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with 5 other couples (so 12 total) and the house had ample space and then some! We never felt like we were on top of one another, but could also find areas to hang out as a group! The view… well, there just aren’t enough words! It was GORGEOUS! Felt like we were on a deserted island at times, but really we were about 15 minutes from the grocery store! It was truly the best of both worlds. Great beach and pool/outdoor space! Would go back in a hot second! Wonderful home and staff!

Vacation of a lifetime

This place is absolutely Beautiful breathe taking view out every window our host was very attentive and the grounds keep was AMAZING as well. This week we celebrated my husband's birthday and our 7 year wedding Anniversary. If you are considering this property do it you wont be disappointed. The restaurant in the village was excellent. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in this Beautiful home

Gorgeous Location!

We booked Villa Mar Caribe for two weeks in February 2022. When we first arrived, it was a Saturday and was quite late. We were all excited to see the house but disappointed to see that there were a few things missing. There were two toilet seats missing in two of the washrooms, there were no lounge chairs around the pool and the hammocks were also missing. Being the next day was a Sunday, no one was working. We contacted the property manager on Monday and the items were replaced/provided that day so we were pleased with the quick response of the property manager. The house is huge and fit all of our family wonderfully. We had 10 people in total, 3 couples, 4 kids - ages ranging from 7-15 and two grandparents. All the rooms were large and we all had plenty of space. The toiletries and towels provided were nice as well. Our group agreed that the home was somewhat tired and is in need of a few repairs (Patio door screens and window screens should be replaced, some of the faucets were too small for the sinks) but the location of the property was absolutely amazing and definitely outweighed the few small repairs needed . You couldn't ask for a more picturesque view from Villa Mar Caribe. The white sand beaches and crystal clear waters were stunning. The whole family agreed we would go back to Soliman Bay in a heartbeat. We tried out the restaurant at the end of the road- Jashita- (walking distance) and it was delicious. Perfect for a romantic night out. The house staff was helpful and very pleasant. All in all, Villa Mar Caribe was a wonderful vacation! Side note for future renters - We didn't realize there was no dishwasher (this was our fault as its not listed in the ad) and the grill is not a standard bbq - its a pit grill and requires charcoal which we had to purchase.

Outstanding property in the perfect location!!!

We had a group of 11 adults that stayed here last week. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The communication with the property manager was the best I’ve ever experienced, and Fernando and Juania made sure we had everything we needed and that the house was clean every day. Fernando also arranged transport anytime we needed it. We had them make us breakfast on our first morning, and then had 2 lunches and 3 dinners prepared for us throughout the week. They were all outstanding! The house itself is the perfect set up for a large group with 3 bedrooms with ensuites on both sides of the house like a mirror image. Each bedroom had air conditioning so we had a nice cool place to sleep at night. The location of the property was absolutely perfect! We noticed some areas along Soliman Bay were quite rocky, and the beach directly in front of this house was not. Plenty of kayaks to use throughout the day, and life vests provided as well. I can’t say enough about this property. It was a week in paradise!

Amazing views

When we 1st arrived I wasn't sure because the front of property needs work and it smelled and no AC walking in house so it was HOT, but once we seen the view outside and felt the ocean air we forgot about the rest. Hot water in master wasn't working the whole time there but it was fine cause it was so hot you needed a cold shower to cool off. Other then that no complains. it was 13 of us all adult and we had a lot of space. Housekeeper kept it clean all the time and fresh towels everyday. Fernado was Amazing, he made sure we had everything and if we didn't he had no problem getting it. Only thing i would suggest is having a driver for the house for guest we spent $80 USD to go 10 mins away to grocery story and bank. We used taxi service a lot during our stay just wish they provided transportation.

Beautiful getaway

My group enjoyed the beautiful beach front property. The house staff was helpful and kept the house and beach clean. The rooms and living area are spacious. The house is a great location. We have no complaints and would definitely rent again!
