About this property

Pine Heaven is a little slice heaven right in Lake Harmony!

The charming property is located in beautiful Lake Harmony. The large kitchen and dining room can accommodate a large group for eating or playing games! The house can sleep 18 in beds! There is so much our home offers within its spacious layout like a hot tub, pool table, large deck, functional home office, fire pit, and so much more! It is close to ski resorts, golfing, hiking, and many other attractions.

All of the bathrooms are recently renovated. There is a great rec room on the ground level that features a pool table. The house has smart TVs in each bedroom and living room areas. There is also an office with a printer if you need to work remotely while staying with us!

The house is close to activities and we are more than happy to point you in the right direction. We exchange numbers so we can have direct access for any of your needs. We live locally and own multiple properties. We have house managers and local contacts for maintaining the house.

The outdoor fire pit is there for your use. We will provide you with firewood for it.

The fireplaces (inside) are propane.

Relax on the large upper deck equipped with a grill, or take a soak in the hot tub on the lower deck.

We understand furry friends are family too! Your fur-family is welcome as long as they do not cause damage such as chewing or scratching by. We also ask that all messes they create inside and out are cleaned up.

Either walk or diver, or even better you can rent a golf cart within the community!

Our annual getaway

This rental suited us just fine. All we need for our annual getaway is a safe, warm, clean and comfortable environment where we can just hang out and enjoy each other's company. Kitchen and general accommodations fit all are needs. Welcoming basket of coffee and biscotti was a nice touch ! All in all there was nothing to complain about and the rental process was flawless. Highly recommended !

Fun family trip

This house has 6 bedrooms which fit our family perfectly … we went for a short ski vacation There are 3 full bathrooms one located on each floor for the guests Two fireplaces ( simple to use ) plus a pool table The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils and pretty much whatever you can think of We received a nice coffee basket upon arrival House was clean and had large windows to allow light we were only there 2 nights so we didn’t use many features but I would go back in the future

Nice stay

We all had a great stay, house was clean and check in process was smooth. The one issue we had, is not about the house or property management, but with the area. It was amazing seeing bears in the neighborhood, but the kids were too frightened to sit by the fireplace at night and relax.

Family Vacay!

My family (6 adults + 3 kids) recently stayed at the property. Check in was super easy. The house has some wear and tear on the furniture/floors/walls etc. but is a great size for a large family. I would suggest adding bath mats to the bathrooms and a towel rack in the downstairs bathroom. The property managers are very responsive and helpful. We look forward to our next stay in Lake Harmony!

Perfect for an "off-site" meeting

Thank you for letting us stay! We enjoyed the accommodations and clear instructions on checking in and out. Our group went to have a "off-site" meeting that allowed us to bring our families and our puppy's. We enjoyed the space and all that was provided for us to use.

Bachelor party

Had my bachelor party here and we had a BLAST! It rained the whole stay and didn’t even come close to ruining our time. We were stuck in the house and that was just where we wanted to be! Hot tub, pool table, huge living area, what more could we ask for? Would definitely recx

Prop mgr Danielle and owner Marty were both very helpful, informative and accommodating. Everything that was promised got done for us including tv setups. Had a blast!

Very disappointed

This was a family ski trip. We arrived at approximately 1pm, the cleaning lady allowed us to leave 2 birthday cakes and we agreed to return at 4pm, the time of check in. We arrived at 430pm the cleaner was still on the premises and not done cleaning, we waited at the lowest level. We arrived during snowfall and had lots of young children with us it was cold we didnt want to wait outside. The cleaning lady informed us she was finished around 530 and we were allowed to roam the house. I was immediately disappointed, the house was dirty, hair in all of the tubs, hair on toilet seats, the oven was so filthy i was scared to use it, pots had grease in them and the refrigerator crumbs. The brown leather sofa had a large rip in the arm, and when you walk on the floor the bathroom on the 2nd floor light goes on and off. the carpet on the stairs was ripped, i was scared the kids were going to trip, the shower on the second floor leaks, water pressure in kitchen was very low. The bathroom on the 3rd floor leaks into the full size bedroom on 2nd floor. There were 2 towels in each bedroom and thats all we had no extras. I contacted the host and she just said they were working on getting a new cleaner. I tried to contact the host once we checked out, I would never have spent that amount of money on a home in this condition. And no response. Unless they fix this home. Do Not RENT!

Perfect place for a low key bachelorette party!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and is even prettier in person. We recently stayed at this property for my best friends bachelorette "party" Dec2 through Dec 5th. The bride requested something chill, low-key and intimate so she could relax and unwind before the big day. I couldn't be happier with her reaction and the amount of compliments from all the girls about how great this property was! The fire-pit and hot tub were a HUGE hit, not to mention the amount of beds, towels pillows, blankets, etc. The view is even better. The house was within walking distance or a short ride to a few cute restaurants ( like Nicks!) and was only a 28 min drive to Jim Thorpe, AKA Christmas town ( you must go! seriously out of a hallmark movie). Since we couldn't go tubing as planned due to the ski resorts not being open yet, we drove about 30 min or so to camelback for some waterpark fun. We are all adults ranging from early 30's to mid 40's and had a blast. Martin and Bethann were the best hosts I have encountered. They were so responsive and went above and beyond in every single way possible. ( they even left a sweet welcome coffee package with local coffee brews for us). Every time I had a question , Bethann responded within minutes! If you are looking for a little piece of harmony at the lake, I highly recommend this place. My friends and I already are trying to figure out a date to come back. Thanks again for the awesome place to stay and helping us create some of the best memories!

Cozy Camp Bachelorette

I hosted a Bachelorette weekend with 15 other ladies and this was the perfect place to stay! Bethann was the ultimate person to communicate with and made every step leading up to the big event so easy and such a breeze, I could not say enough nice things about her. The house was super spacious, more than I even imagined after looking at the pictures and the main living room/kitchen area is stunning. All of the girls loved the rooms/beds and everyone had a lot of room. Great location and close to enough to do mini trips out of the house but ultimately we stayed in the entire time! Would definitely recommend.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a great stay at the Lake Harmony property. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the snow and we enjoyed a fire outback with a bear as a visitor. All in all a great property!

Great Fall Stay

Great stay with family and friends. Bottom level bathroom could use an upgrade and connect the water/ice on the fridge. We would gladly come back. Plenty of room for all.

Guys weekend

I had this rental book prior to Marty and Bethann assumed the property and management of the rental. They honored everything that was discussed prior to them taking over. Very easy to deal with. Arrived at the house, very easy check in. Our group was allowed to check in early, which allowed everyone to settle in and relax. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone, our group will look to book again in the future. Thanks for a great weekend.

Family Weekend Getaway

My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and had plenty of space to accommodate all of us! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was in a great location. Manager and owner very easy to reach.

The owner and property manager easy to reach and reply quickly. The firewood being available was a plus for sure! The home is just a short drive to beach or small market. Restaurants near by is great for all ages!

Great stay in Lake Harmony!

The property was very roomy and comfortable for our large group. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a loft that sleeps 4 and a pull out couch downstairs. The upstairs deck had a nice grill and plenty of seating. The hot tub on the downstairs deck worked great and pool table was a nice addition to the place. We also got passes to a small, free beach on the Lake, which was a perfect place for us to hang after our kayaking trip. The hosts were very accommodating and resolved any issues we had quickly and effectively. Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of Room / Close to Golf

Great stay at a great property. Our 9 men easily fit into the 7 bedrooms. Almost all had a room to them selves. The kitchen table was more than large enough for hearty dinner and the late night Poker game. % minutes to Split Rack golf course, 10 to Jack Frost. The whole crew was happy to see the provided linens and toiletries. In addition to great pre-trip service and a wonderful home the management team's post care service is outstanding. The minute I notified them about some valuables I left in the house, they quickly recovered them and mailed them to me.

Great house for larger groups

The rental is very accommodating with 7 bedrooms and enough to sleep a large group. They also had accommodations for babies and infants which was helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The location is great with a 10 min walk to the lake and restaurants, though hilly. The owners were very communicative and helpful and even allowed us a check in. My only complaint was the place could’ve been cleaner, there was a lot of dirt and crumbs on the tables, chairs and floors and obviously haven’t been wiped or vacuumed on a while. Some of the walls were dirty and could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
