The full kitchen includes all stainless appliances and the living room opens onto a large patio with spectacular views of Black Mountain. A washer and dryer are included! Enjoy morning coffee on the secondary bistro patio. Internet provided with smart TV. Easy walking distance to Carefree Sundial Center or Cave Creek with many great restaurants and shops. You will have access to a beautiful community pool/hot tub, a single car garage, washer/dryer and adjacent outside parking.

Why they chose this property
After several seasons of attending Spring Training baseball in the Phoenix area, we decided it was time to put down roots in the area. The Carefree area has wonderful restaurants within walking distance, hiking trails in every direction and is known for its friendliness. This property is near all the ammenities Carefree has to offer!
