Excellent property

The home was just right for our month long stay on Park Point. The owners are lovely and very helpful with questions. The trail to the beach was close by to beautiful Lake Superior.

Great Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful month on the beach of Lake Superior! The house was spacious and well stocked with everything we could need. Heather was very attentive to our needs and we were very happy with our stay. Great city to vacation in but being so close to beach really puts this house over the top! Thanks!

Park Point Gem

We had a wonderful stay this April. It was our 3rd stay with Heather. Her properties are immaculate and the best stocked homes that we have rented. You will be treated to quality furniture and bedding. There wasn't anything that we needed to ask for or any concerns with the rental. We love the area and will be back!

Perfect Retreat

My sisters and I booked this property when our oldest sister passed away unexpectedly and we traveled up from Missouri, Illinois, and down from the North Shore. There were a lot of us with our spouses and children, and the teens had to all sleep on the living room floor but it worked perfect for us so we could all be together during a very difficult time. Our sister who passed loved Lake Superior, so it was lovely to be able to take a short walk through the pines to the beach and spend time by the Lake. The hostess had the house very well stocked. It's a great location and lots of room.

Steve and I (Heather) have lived in Duluth for the past 25 and 20 years, respectively. We call it home now and have a tough time seeing ourselves living elsewhere. Lake Superior has a draw and we've been mesmerized since moving here. We both love the water and spend a significant amount of our free time walking the beach, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, canoeing and fishing. We love this area and always look forward to coming home when we've gone on vacation.

Why they chose this property

You'll have direct access to the largest freshwater lake in the WORLD (Lake Baikal in Russia is largest by volume, Lake Superior is largest by surface area)!

Minnesota Point is surrounded by water and the Aerial Lift Bridge is the only point of access by land. You are essentially on an island!

What makes this property unique

Our property is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath single-level rambler (no stairs) with an attached garage on the shore Lake Superior. Our property has a large fenced in back yard and beach access through a beautiful white pine forest. On the south side of the house, there are great views of the the St. Louis River bay, the Bong bridge, and the Duluth hillside.
