Enjoy your vacation in our modern and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment with a sunny south-west facing balcony. Our apartment is quietly located in the center of Bansin on the island of Usedom, only 400 meters from the beach and offers two people space to relax (a toddler up to the 1st Year of age also travels free of charge, do not specify when booking directly).

Explore the majestic imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck along the 8 km long promenade, relax on the white Baltic Sea beach, bask in the cool water of the sea or discover the beautiful hinterland.

Whether on foot, by bike, bus or train, the central location offers short distances to the beach, the promenade, the pier, restaurants, cafes, beer gardens and shops, as well as a direct connection to the region's bus network in the immediate vicinity and the Kaiserbäder-Express. The Usedom Baths Railway Station is 1 kilometer away.

In the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the LED TV with Blu-ray / DVD player and radio. A dining area with a large dining table and upholstered chairs connects to the extensively equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine.

The bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and LED TV and a shower room complete the cozy apartment on the 2nd Upstairs. On the large balcony that can be reached from the kitchen and the bedroom, let the day end with enough sun and a glass of wine.

A free parking space is available right on the doorstep. In the basement of the house there is a lockable bicycle storage room and a communal laundry room with coin operated washing machine and dryer for a fee. With the spa card issued by us you may receive a. Discount on the entry price to the Ostsee-Therme, a popular destination in the cooler season. Pets are not allowed.

Erholsame Herbstwoche in Bansin
Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in Bansin. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Zum Strand geht man auch nur ein paar Minuten. Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sonniger und entspannter Urlaub auf Usedom!
Die Wohnung ist fußläufig vom Strand gelegen. Schöne ruhige Seitenstraße. Das Objekt ist modern und sehr lichtdurchflutet und freundlich. Schöne Wohnung mit dem Gefühl für Details und ein angenehmes Aufenthaltsgefühl. Lage, Ausstattung, Einrichtung und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat perfekt gepasst. Dazu noch eine sehr sympathische und angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sicherlich sehr gerne wieder! :-)

Schöner Sommerurlaub an der Ostsee
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, wir haben unseren Urlaub darin sehr genossen. Was auch sehr angenehm war, die Nähe zum Strand man konnte alles Fußläufig oder mit Fahrrad erkunden. Wir würden die Wohnung sowie die Umgebung gerne weiterempfehlen wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Nochmals vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.

Besser geht es kaum!
Die Ferienwohnung bietet einfach alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht! Die Lage ist perfekt - zentral und doch ruhig. Sowohl der Strand als auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Gastronomie sind binnen weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet und die Abende auf dem Balkon sind einmalig schön!!

Wohnung ist top!
In dieser Wohnung fehlt grundsätzlich von A bis Z einfach nichts, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung braucht. Alles ist komfortabel und sauber. Falls wir nochmal wieder kommen, würden wir allerdings noch eigene Handtücher mitbringen. Ein kleines Handtuch und ein Duschtuch finden wir persönlich für 6 Nächte bei Buchung eines Wäschepakets etwas knapp bemessen.

Super Aufenthalt!
Die Wohnung hat ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Der große Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die ganze Wohnung ist in einem unheimlich guten Pflegezustand. Es ist alles tip top sauber. Zur Unterhaltung gibt zwei Flachbildfernseher, einen im Wohnbereich und einen im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Die evtl. mitgebrachten Fahrräder sind sicher im verschließbaren Fahrradkeller aufgehoben. Der Strand, diverse Restaurants und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichenkeiten liegen in der Nähe. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermietung ist unkompliziert und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Bei Abreise muss der Schlüssel nur noch ans Schlüsselbrett gehangen und die Tür zugezogen werden. Diese Wohnung können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und wir werden sicherlich auch noch einmal wiederkommen.

Schöner Urlaub
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte nur der Geschirrspüler . Aber den braucht man im Urlaub auch nicht unbedingt . Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Die Wohnung ist ideal für den Urlaub zu zweit und sehr gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Im Gegensatz zu mehreren Vorgängern fanden wir die Küchenausstattung auch vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der wunderschöne Bansiner Strand ist in ein paar Minuten erreicht, außerdem kann man von Bansin aus sehr gut die ganze Insel erkunden - zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, dem Auto oder der Usedomer Bäderbahn. Wir haben die Zeit jedenfalls sehr genossen.

Die Fewo befindet sich in einem MFH in der 2.Etg; die Whg. macht einen ansprechenden Eindruck.Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ausreichende Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Garderobe etc. auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Vermieter hat eine umfangreiche Info-Mappe mit Hinweisen auf die Insel wie auch Verhaltensweise der Mieter/Nutzer hinterlassen. Preiswerter Fahrradverleih in der Waldstraße; als Bäcker für morgendliche Brötchen ist der Bäcker Im Rewe-Markt zu empfehlen. Von der Fewo aus ist alles wesentliche sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Wäschepaket gebucht; es beinhaltet leider nu 2 Handtücher pro Person. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus- allerdings reinigt man den PKW täglich vom Vogelkot (Möwen).

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Parkplatz gleich vor dem Haus. Unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie Restaurants und zur Ostsee sind es nur einige Minuten.
