Our resort is a gated community in a 5 star gated resort with 24/7 security and only 5 miles from the Disney Parks; 15 minutes from Universal Studios; 55 minutes to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic side and only 60 minutes from our favorite Clearwater Beach on the Gulf of Mexico side
EVERY GUEST NEEDS TO BE REGISTERED. THE NAMES OF THE DRIVER’S OF EACH CAR FROM THE RENTAL THAT WILL BE STAYING ON THE PROPERTY NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO ME BEFORE ARRIVAL SO THAT I CAN PROVIDE THEM TO THE SECURITY LIST. MAXIMUM OF 3 CARS PER RENTAL. NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS ALLOWED TO STAY IN UNIT OR USE THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES. MAXIMUM OF BEDS SLEEP 6 AND WE HAVE AN AIR MATTRESS FOR THE 7TH PERSON. WE AUTHORIZE A GATE ENTRY PASS FOR THE AIRBNB ACCOUNT HOLDER WHO RESERVED THE CONDO AND ANY OTHER DRIVER OF THEIR OWN CAR WHO IS A REGISTERED GUEST AND NO ONE ELSE. GUEST GOVERNMENT CREDENTIALS ARE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. GATE SECURITY WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THEIR RULES.
This is a self-sustaining rental unit. Starter supplies are provided. Travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap. 3 rolls of toilet paper are provided in each of the 2 bathrooms. 1 roll of paper towels. Dishwasher pods, dish liquid, sponge and some cleaning supplies are provided. We try to keep up on also supplying sugar packets and coffee creamer. Laundry detergent is NOT supplied.
THE COMMUNITY HAS A GARBAGE VALET SERVICE WHICH IS PICKED UP EACH MORNING FROM THE CLOSED TRASH BIN OUTSIDE THE DOOR OF THE CONDO. PLEASE BAG UP THE GARBAGE TIGHTLY AND PLACE THE BAGS INSIDE THESE BINS. THE COVER NEEDS TO BE CLOSED COMPLETELY WHEN DONE, SO PLEASE DO NOT OVERFLOW IT OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT TAKE THE GARBAGE. ANY OVERFLOW BAGS CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE TRASH COMPACTOR ON SITE LOCATED AT CORNER OF SILVER PALM DRIVE AND COCONUT WAY. ANY GARBAGE LEFT BEHIND TO BE BAGGED BY THE CLEANING SERVICE, WILL BE CHARGED AT $20 PER BAG TO BE PAID BY THE RENTER.
SHOULD THE CLEANING SERVICE ADVISE THAT THE CONDO HAS BEEN LEFT IN A CONDITION WHERE IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN THE NORMAL 2-3 HOURS TO CLEAN, AN ADDITIONAL CLEAN UP FEE OF $200 WILL BE IMPOSED TO THE RENTER DUE TO THE EXTRA WORK AND EFFORT NEEDED TO GET THE CONDO READY FOR THE NEXT GUEST.
IF THE SHEETS AND/OR TOWELS ARE LEFT IN SUCH A CONDITION TO WARRANT THEM TO BE SENT OUT FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZING BY OUR CLEANING COMPANY BECAUSE THEY CAN'T JUST BE WASHED IN THE CONDO WASHER, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $100 FEE IMPOSED TO THE RENTER. ANY TOWELS OR OTHER LINENS MISSING WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF $10 EACH. PLEASE DO NOT BRING BATH TOWELS TO THE POOL OR ANYWHERE OFF PREMISES. THERE ARE BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
CABLE AND INTERNET ARE PROVIDED BY A 3RD PARTY PROVIDER. IN THE RARE OCCASION THAT THERE IS AN INTERRUPTION IN SERVICE, I WILL TAKE ALL STEPS TO ADVISE THE COMMUNITY AND HAVE THEM REACH OUT TO THEIR PROVIDER TO FIX THE ISSUE BUT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AN EXTENDED OUTAGE THAT IS OUT OF MY HANDS.
AS FLORIDA IS A SUB-TROPICAL CLIMATE, WE LIVE WITH A PLETHORA OF INSECTS YEAR ROUND. WE DO FACILIATE REGULAR, PREVENTATIVE PEST PREVENTION AT OUR PROPERTY. HOWEVER, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT PEST PREVENTION IS BY NO MEANS A GUARANTEE THAT PESTS WILL NOT MAKE THEIR WAY IN FROM TIME TO TIME. SHOULD YOU COME ACROSS A PEST, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO THAT WE CAN SEND OUR PEST PREVENTION TEAM OUT TO DO ADDITIONAL INTERIOR TREATMENT. THE GOAL OF PEST PREVENTION IS SO THAT THE PESTS DO NOT MAKE A PERMANENT HOME WITHIN THE PROPERTY. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND OUR CO-EXISTENCE WITH THIS DIVERSE AND EVER CHANGING ECO-SYSTEM.
