One hour from Chicago! Just around the corner from quaint Antioch, Wilmot, Bristol Renaissance Fair, 20 min-Gurnee, 30 min-Lake Geneva. Ask about our Pontoon/ski boat rental.

With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a gigantic screened porch with HOT TUB, cozy seating, rocking chairs, table and chairs for eating along with a lake view, and a newly renovated kitchen, you’ll begin to relax and unwind upon arrival. Endless opportunities for fun include: air hockey, Wii games, ping pong, foosball, pickleball net and paddles, outdoor bags game, bocce, badminton, and more! Primary renter needs to be age 25+. Main house sleeps 12 (not including children 0-2) We also offer a COACH HOUSE FOR EXTRA GUESTS for groups of 13-16 for $275/night (cleaning fee for coach house is waived.) Preference for Coach House rental is given to Main House renters.

We do NOT allow parties or large events or high school gatherings out of respect for our neighbors. Please no wedding inquiries.
No Smoking inside or in screened porch
No pets allowed. Please understand we have family members with severe allergies.
Please be RESPECTFUL: In the unforeseen event that local law enforcement is called due to late-night noise issues, a $500 fine will be issued. We have not had this happen, but please remember that you are in a residential setting and we want to be respectful to our neighbors.
