Fake condo

The condo is in very poor condition, needs deep cleaned, garbage disposal doesn't work, paid alot of money got little in return

The unit was comfortable from the beds to the couches - very well stocked, other than not many towels and found myself doing laundry every other day do we would have clean towels -

Surprises in Chandler

Our plane was late and we arrived about 11:30 pm. We were unfamiliar with the code lock and had trouble figuring out which arrows to use after entering code. After entering it was easy to see that the property had not been cleaned, or not cleaned very well. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the floors were not clean. We found clean sheets and changed the big bed, as the sheets were covered with hair, etc. The bathrooms each had one old stained towel, no hand towels, no washcloths, no soap. The next morning we contacted the owner. He had a friend come with supplies and new towels. She brought more than we needed and was very pleasant. She helped us get the downstairs tv going( after contacting the owner). We were never able to use the two upstairs tvs as there were no remotes. The property has very large rooms with adequate furniture. The appliances were old, but adequate. The outside area is very nice. The pool and landscaping nicely taken care of. The location is good on a quiet street. We did buy dish towels, potholders , dish cloths for the kitchen. With some tlc ( someone painted and left paint splotches everywhere,the towel holders and toilet paper holders fell off the wall)this place could be much better.
