Main room (West facing): Dining area, TV, 140 cm sofa bed, kitchen area: refrigerator with freezer section, 4 vitro burners, microwave, dishwasher, Nepresso, etc. - Corridor leading to a bathroom – Separate WC – 1 large bedroom facing east (semi-buried): 1 140cm bed, cupboard/wardrobe.
Private terrace with furniture, surrounded by greenery, quiet. One parking space (if needed more: free on the street).
Very well equipped apartment (rollable mosquito nets on the windows in particular) and easy to maintain. Laundry room (with washing machine) shared with the adjoining apartment (Possibility of renting the adjoining apartment: T3: 2 bedrooms / 6 beds, reference 343).
