Well-kept and cozy non smoking *** apartment in a central location, but still quiet. The apartment has a furnished balcony with a sun awning. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. Flat screen TV DVD player and radio in the living room. To the beach u. Kurpark is approx. 200 m and the family lagoon approx. 500 m. Supermarket and bakery around 200m around the corner. 'WiFi', bike room and car parking space at the house available free of charge. The family lagoon offers you a wide range of sports and entertainment. The pirate sea is located in the center directly on the main beach. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests in Büsum. A bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket are available upon arrival. There is juice for the little ones. We will greet you personally in Büsum and give you keys and spa cards. If you arrive by train, you would pick up at the train station.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2-3 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben uns mit 2 Personen dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, die Schlüssel wurden uns persönlich übergeben und Ausflugtipps mitgeteilt. Die Lage ist super, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock des Hauses, war für uns aber kein Problem. Sie ist für 4 Personen von der Größe her ziemlich klein, aber noch ok. Sie ist sehr sauber und es ist bis auf eine Spülmaschine alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist auch sehr klein, man kommt aber zurecht. Ein Autoparkplatz ist hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Strand und Geschäfte sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer war in der nähe. Wir haben ca. 5 min dahin gebraucht. Familienlagune Perlenbucht sehr empfehlenswert für die Kinder. Waschsalon und Lebensmittelladen war auch sehr nah. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen - super! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen: Strand, Bäcker und Discounter - alles "um die Ecke"! :-) Es war superschön und ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönen Urlaub in Büsum gehabt, die Wohnung lag nahe zum Strand und nahe zur Innenstadt, außerdem ein Bäcker und ein Edeka--Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besser geht nicht.

Unser Urlaub in Büsum war sehr schön. Die FW war sehr gepflegt, sauber und zentral gelegen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.All unsere Fragen beantwortet und über WhatsApp konnten wir jederzeit kommunizieren. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Büsum, aber mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte.. Einziges Manko ist: die FW liegt im dritten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Wenn man unter Rücken u. Gelenkproblemen leidet kann es belastend sein, aber nicht unmöglich. Rundherum ist die FW zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 10 Tage in Büsum. Die Fewo hatte optimale Lage, sehr strandnah und auch nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Soe ist modern und alles recht neu eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Familienlagune, Edeka und Waschsalon um die Ecke. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, wir wurden persönlich begrüßt, zwischendurch hat sich die Vermieterin sogar bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, wie es uns geht.

Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee in Büsum im Haus Bake
Wir, meine Frau und ich, verweilten eine Woche im Haus Bake, in der Wohnung der Familie Ibs. Das Anwesen war ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene. Es ist eine helle und schöne Wohnung mit Balkon. Für einen Aufenthalt ist alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Von Vorteil war die Nähe zum Strand, sowie zum Bäcker und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zu erwähnen währe noch die freundliche Kommunikation mit Familie Ibs. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung 😃
Ein wirklich sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, wurde persönlich von einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter übergeben. Die Lage mit Edeka, Waschcenter und Bäcker um die Ecke zwischen Perlebucht und Bummelmeile gelegen war perfekt. Verdunklungsrollo in den Schlafzimmern(Ausrichtung Norden) sowie Markise auf dem Balkon hält auch im Sommer die Hitze draußen. Wenn ich etwas vermisst habe, war es eine Mikrowelle um Speisen vom Vortag zu erwärmen. Das enge Treppenhaus ist vielleicht auch nichts für Jedermann mit schwerem Koffer. Ich jedoch komme gerne wieder in diese tolle Ferienwohnung. 👍

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, sauber und Ordentlich. Sie liegt allerdings im dritten Stock und hat ein schmales Treppenhaus. Das Bad etwas klein. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden wieder kommen
