Centrally located 1 block away from dining, grocery, coffee shops, shopping and nightlife options on Geary St. corridor. 4 blocks to Golden Gate Park and Presidio.

Easy access to SF attractions via public/shared transportation. Neighborhood is very diverse and has many award winning restaurants at reasonable prices.

Lovely spot in the Richmond

I really loved this apartment in a classic San Francisco house near Golden Gate Park. Fantastically quiet at night but close to a nice set of local restaurants and cafes as well as Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. The apartment has everything I needed including a well set up kitchen. The sunny outside space was a nice bonus. I have spent plenty of time in SF but not in this neighborhood, which is lovely. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises. Coffee Movement is a local cafe that has probably the best coffee I’ve tasted in SF.

Hayes Garden apartment

Very quiet, beautiful garden in the backyard. Property was close to great places to eat and walking distance to Golder Gate Park. Buses were only a block away. Great place!

Weeklong SF getaway

Great location. Close to public transportation - straight shot downtown. I rented a very SMALL car and found parking fairly easily, no more than 2 blocks away - pay attention to the street cleaning schedules posted. I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. I slept with my son in one bed and my daughter had the other bed. I was tempted to use an air mattress initially, but decided the bed was just big enough for us both. The apartment size does not promote lounging around all day, but our purpose was to spend most of our time exploring the city - mission accomplished. Host was excellent with communication.

Positives - apartment was very clean and the location was perfect for me. Close to restaurants and stores. Parking was a bit challenging but not too bad. Negatives - shower only provided water for about 20-30 seconds before losing pressure. Could not get ROKU to connect as WiFi signal strength was weak at times which made streaming a challenge at times. Tried to contact host without success.

Such a Perfect Location

This small house apartment is just a couple of blocks from Golden Gate Park in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It is small, but has everything we needed. The garden out back makes up for the size. It is a very pretty place to relax when at the apartment. We were able to spend as much time visiting the park as we wanted and had a comfortable place to return to in the evening. Debra was always communicative and helpful. Thank you!

Quiet spot in the Richmond District

Just what we were looking for during our stay in San Francisco. The apartment is quiet and cozy. All of the amenities were provided. Could access restaurants easily. Even parking was never a problem, which is almost unheard of in SF! Would definitely stay again if it is available. The owners worked with us to extend our stay, which was very much appreciated

Very Clean & Great Location

Hundred-year-old houses are difficult to maintain and keep clean but we appreciated how even all the corners of the bathroom were spanky. We expected to be cold in the city, especially in an older apartment, but the place stayed warm with individual heaters. Right in the middle of the Richmond district, which is the best for proximity to mass transit, Golden Gate Park and the Presidio close enough to walk to, not to mention some of the best in coffee and international food choices! Highly recommend.

Easy and well located

The best part is the location. If you’re wanting to walk to Golden Gate Park or clement street, or be 1/2 a block from public transit that makes it real easy to get anywhere in the city this would be a great place to stay. The building is 100 years old so it’s not luxurious, but also doesn’t claim to be. Matched our expectations based on the pictures and description. Check in/out and communications were easy. Great jumping off point for an active family.

Nice property

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was great as a home base. The wifi didn't work very well in the bedrooms and we had a minor issue with one of the beds, but the host offered a $25 rebate. Would recommend.

San Francisco Gem

The rental apartment is a delight with many extra amenities providing a very comfortable stay. The garden is amazing and adds so very much beauty. Debra is an excellent hostess and communicates clearly and graciously. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to San Francisco. What a gem!

Cute Space, Great On Site MGMT

It is a cute and cozy basement level two bedroom 1 bath apartment. Parking is easy, and the property manager lives right upstairs. It was a perfect fit for a last minute emergency rebooking we had to make. I wouldn’t reccommend for any group larger than three. We had a last minute addition and we made it work, but other than that, it’s a great spot in an excellent location. Great appliances and cook ware, older plumbing, but nice hot showers and clean linens. Two thumbs up. Especially the property managers attention to our comforts.

Perfect location

This rental was perfect for us. It is located in one of San Fran’s Painted Ladies which is so charming. It had all the necessities such as use of washer/dryer, great water pressure in shower, eat in kitchen with extras like tea and coffee, heaters for those colder nights and more. We were very close to Golden Gate Park which was so much fun for all. Thanks again.

Central Richmond Stay

Debra was very helpful and welcoming in my stay. She constantly kept me updated on the check in process and let me know she was always available incase I needed anything which I very much appreciated. The listing was as described and was perfect for my stay for a few days in the city by myself but easily could’ve accommodated for a longer stay and even a few more people. I’m glad I booked with Debra as her hospitality and space made me feel right at home and safe. I will definitely keep Debra in mind my next visit to the city. Thank you Debra!

Clean house in an excellent location

Had absolutely no problems at all during the stay, host was responsive and happy to help. The house is in a great location within walking distance of Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park. The neighbourhood felt very safe to be in. Would recommend to anybody!

Quiet Garden Apartment

Neighborhood is quite lovely for a stay in SF. Walking distance to nice shops and restaurants/bars. Owner was responsive, helpful and friendly. Nicely appointed apartment with everything I needed. Garden in the back was beautiful and everything was in bloom.

Great location & friendly host

Within short walking distance of coffee shop, market, and restaurants. Very walkable neighborhood. It rained on our 2nd day and the host directed us to the de Young Museum which was beautiful. Property also has a stunning backyard garden that we had access to - unfortunately due to rain we were unable to really enjoy it. Space was very clean and well kept. Thank you, thank you! We highly recommend.

Solid choice for Inner Richmaond.

The place was just as described and photographed - accurately represented. No-nonsense property in the location we needed (visiting family in area). The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and cared for and shower was nice and hot. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with - I valued that aspect! The price was a bit high for what it is (nightly rate plus all fees) and considering we really just slept there (no cooking or lounging around), but honestly there are not many choices in this part of town so it was the right choice for us. Would stay again.

Cozy and comfortable!!!

Cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient!!!. I traveled to San Francisco to spend time with my son for the Thanksgiving holiday. I had a wonderful time visiting my son and exploring SF. The apartment was well equipped and convenient to public transportation. I felt safe at night. Small grocery stores are nearby . Communication with my host was easy. Mrs. Chong graciously extended an invitation to me for lunch Thanksgiving day. Her backyard garden is beautiful . I had to take pictures! Another plus is that the apartment is in walking distance to the Wonderful Golden Gate Park! Definitely would stay again!
