The little porpoise of the beach

The charm of a modern and comfortable cabin, renovated with passion in the spirit of a sailor's shelter, Le Petit Marsouin, a villa with a terrace surrounded by a small garden, is ideal for a family of 4/5 people.
The house is located less than 300 meters from the beach and the fishing port and 2 kilometers from the town centers of Capbreton and Hossegor.
Come explore the many cycle paths. Access the beaches, port and shopping streets on foot or by bike, forget your car!
The house is small but very functional, it is all yours. We renovated it ourselves with the greatest care.
A bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed for parents, 1 mezzanine with 2 90 x 190 beds (we can add a 3rd mattress on request) for children and 1 sofa bed in the living room to accommodate passing friends.
Sheets and towels are provided and the beds ready to receive you as well as basic necessities, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, etc. Please understand that the "cleaning" costs also cover this service. We expect and thank you for leaving the house as clean as possible.
Access for travelers: The one-way alley has little traffic and is very quiet. Your vehicle can be parked either in front of the sliding gate or even inside the enclosure if you want maximum protection which is really not essential here.
Other remarks: We live a few kilometers away and are available for any services and information you may need.
